davieG Posted 9 October 2014 Posted 9 October 2014 Well every time he's played for Man City this season, I thought he's been outstanding, it probably doesn't help him that he's playing in an unfamiliar holding role. As for Wilshere, I think he's made of glass and goes to ground far too often and easily, I'd prefer Lallana for a game like this. He's heen crap for England for as long as I can remember where ever he's played. Wilshere is a bit breakable.

I still think while Milner continues to perform at club level, it's hard to overlook him. Obviously if that form dips, I'd agree with you. I think he needs to be fitted with titanium plates for reassurance.

Watching on telly thinking early start and a long day I should go bed. I won't but really is it worth watching. Thinking a training match at Belvoir drive would be more fun to watch than this.
