Fosse93 Posted 13 August 2014 Posted 13 August 2014 May aswell have offered Lloydy a 2 year contract. Wish we had, wouldn't feel half as pessimistic going into Saturday's game.
Stadt Posted 13 August 2014 Posted 13 August 2014 If like a right footed winger that can play either side.
Tielemans63 Posted 13 August 2014 Posted 13 August 2014 If you look up the word 'average' in the dictionary there's actually a picture of Stephen Quinn next to the definition. True story.
skegness fox Posted 13 August 2014 Posted 13 August 2014 Some people on here need to wake up a bit, the squad is thin, we need more players, he may be average but would be a good squad player, we are not going to sign top quality players (cambiasso may be the exception) until we are established in the prem and we change the so called wage cap,
Clever Fox Posted 13 August 2014 Posted 13 August 2014 If we wanted to sign an Irish player we should have signed Houlihan. A class player, always comfortable on the Ball and can pick a pass. Sadly renewed his Norwich contract yesterday.

If we're worried about the squad being thin, dip into the loan market. We don't need players here on 3 year contracts just to sit on the bench most of the time. We don't need to sign 'top quality players' in the sense you are suggesting - but there's no reason why we can't bring players of the same/higher calibre as we've already got.

Whilst I tend to agree with you, I thought the whole idea of a loan move was for the loanee to get game time.
dylanlegend Posted 13 August 2014 Posted 13 August 2014 This makes me even more gutted we didn't offer Dyer a 2 year deal. If we sign another winger they need raw pace nice Dyer had to bring on in last 20 mins. Or sign a left back and play Schlupp left wing
Nalis Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 An old **** buddy of mine in Dublin used to go out with him. Was is wrong that I was impressed and thought more of myself when she told me? In footballing terms, Championship standard, no thanks.
