Cambiasso is a player heading towards the end of his career and is a free transfer. If he's as good as what people are suggesting then surely he would of been snapped up by someone now?

I'm not doubting pearsons judgement, I have a lot of faith in Pearson and believe he is always looking at taking the club to next level.

I just think people are getting carried away by the name and that it seems like clubs are not wanting to continue their interest in him, surely there's gotta be a reason for that?

European clubs have a lot longer season than us, with European ties and the expectancy to go further in the cup so I'm sure he and the club would be aware that he would have a large involvement with the first team especially if he's as good as everyone is suggesting

Ok so you're struggling to understand thats ok I will try a couple more examples see if that helps make it clearer.

 

Muzzy Izzet was not wanted by Chelsea no other team was interested in him either until Martin O Neill signed him for Leicester. Many feel was a good signing for the club despite no other teams showing interest in him including his own.

The fact that he would of been aware and other clubs around Europe would of been aware of his contract situation back in January and although he keeps being linked with teams he is still without a club with a few days away from September!

He is obviously holding out for a bigger and better offer and doesn't give any impression that he actually wants to play for this club, Pearson is normally pretty dull with the media but even he sounds feed up now of the situation when he explains the on goings

first answer is a frank. I dont know other clubs business regarding him. I do go back though, and say he and his team only have to go on the net to see where leicester is geographically to London, and where we are football wise.

There are so many cosmopolitan cities around europe that are playing year in year out in the champions league. Why if he is still so good does it appear that lcfc are his best option for football as a free agent.

The teams around europe probably really do know more than us.

But if that was 3 months ago, surely plenty of time to give a lot of thought to his future, so that by the time City came in for him he should have had most of the issues sorted out in his mind.
