Deucalion Posted 26 August 2014 Posted 26 August 2014 Bringing in a younger player who can develop, is not the solution to this season, and establishing ourselves. We can't afford to wait. Quality and experience is needed NOW! Younger is relative. McArthur is 26 but he has at least two seasons regularly starting in the PL team. He could do the job now but would learn the 'Leicester way' over a bit more time. Also, the 'Wigan way' probably isn't too far from the Leicester way anyway.

The Merc have reprinted what we read yesterday from Sky Italia. John Percy seems to be receiving the info that pre-dated what NP said yesterday and Davie posted an article which seems to think it is nailed on - plus Bert tweeted 'NEW SIGNING KLAXON' earlier I have just noted on twitter (don't know if in relation to this or another deal, but yes). That about a fair assessment?
