Local BBC stations only have the rights to broadcast live coverage to their immediate region so any internet radios whose ip reads as anywhere other than Leicester will lock you out. It is unlikely a normal VPN service will disguise you in Leicester so without expert knowledge of how to do that lots of people on here including myself can't use that particular alternative.
