Soar Fox Posted 19 September 2014 Posted 19 September 2014 I don't know, could be wrong, but I think you haven't quite grasped the concept of this thread I've not supported Leicester for that long. These were the best players we had since I've started supporting us. I still wear my signed Junior Lewis shirt sometimes.

He was a bit gash apart from when he had that bizarre upturn under Sousa (I think) but I always got the impression he was at least putting some graft in.

Elvis Hammond used to give it his all, he just suffered from a severe case of akinbiyiitis...
Stadt Posted 19 September 2014 Posted 19 September 2014 Neilson was pretty limited as a footballer but he wasn't awful, just not fantastic.

Carl the Llama Posted 19 September 2014 Posted 19 September 2014 Anybody who hasn't put Arphexad in their squad is frankly an embarrassment to this club.

Soar Fox Posted 19 September 2014 Posted 19 September 2014 No place for Trevor Benjamin? It was a toss up between him and Mark Deep freeze. Mark edged it after his worldie against Spurs in the cup back in 2006.

dorsetboy Posted 20 September 2014 Posted 20 September 2014 so from 89 to today weve had some great players and some dross and there is a couple of names ive not seen yet who i will include maybe not the greatest ever for leicester but players in their time that gave the crowd a buzz first eleven ---------------------------------------------------KELLER------------------------------------------------------- KAMARK-------------------WALSH------------------------MORGAN--------------------TAGGART ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------MACALLISTER------------------PARKER---------------------------------------------- IZZET-----------------------------------------------------------------------------GUPPY------------------------ ----------------------JOACHIM-----------------------CAMPBELL---------------------------------------------- there was a few tough choices though choose morgan because he has been outstanding but he only edged it against elliott and for some reason i always loved tony james . went for campbell over heskey cuz that guy when he came on loan was awesome and made an impact not just in the team but to the fans also
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 20 September 2014 Posted 20 September 2014 There needs to be a place for this hero in this team: Compare everything about this video to what we have now. The goal music, the kit, the players, the pitch. Just wow. Jeez... we used to get 20,000 plus (me included) watching this every week! Anyone who ever questions Pearson only has to look at that. Even the build-up 'play' is a million miles away from anything you'd ever see a Pearson team playing. Yet a couple of years ago Pearson teams were boring and Holloway teams supposedly played good football...
Freesolo Posted 20 September 2014 Posted 20 September 2014 Matt Elliot would walk into Leicesters defense in his prime, he was a better CB than Steve Walsh
Nalis Posted 20 September 2014 Posted 20 September 2014 Ah but is it from when they were at their best, how they'd be now or what they were like when playing for Leicester? For me it would have to be what they were like playing for Leicester. Cant be arsed doing mine as I'm on a phone...
