The midfield are mostly converted strikers, they can't pass or defend and they're piss weak. Granted you'd be bypassing them with LB+Y from your keeper but whenever your opponent got the ball you'd have zero protection from the middle. Pace is powerful but it's not so significant that a team full of strikers is going to boss. That and you'd have to be an enormous cvnt.

Finnegan Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 Liga MX + Arias is my main side. It's plenty pacey but it's round pegs in round holes. I love my midfield of Pena, Vazquez, Ramirez. I've got a Colombian side, a Bundesliga one and an Argie / Chile hybrid that I built around If Benegas but it's largely awful and I don't like it much. The only gold players in my club are an on loan Ibra I've never used, Dorlan Pabon and Jackson Martinez (who aren't worth selling)

I've had it for a while on PS3 and it's only really the Leicester, Burnley and QPR players who are headless. Thought it'd be because they're sorting the gamefaces and then a few days later the heads were back before disappearing again. Doesn't bother me massively, I just think it's strange that there doesn't seem to be anyone from EA addressing it. A quick browse through Google and Twitter shows that it's a pretty common bug.

You do realise you play people differen't people who may be better than you sometimes?
filbertway Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 The handicapping is killing me, I hate how many games I dominate and draw/lose haha. Luckily you only need 4/5 wins to get promoted in the first 5 or so leagues so still going along nicely. Lover Bernard, the little scamp!

filbertway Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 I've shamefully been playing him on the left for a few games to fit in Sahin/Thiago but they weren't doing the business. Brought him back into the center and he create 2 and scored 1. He's an absolute diamond.

I was probably one heavy defeat away from selling my xbone last week. The game is infuriating at times. So many ridiculous scenarios/glitches

Basingstoke Fox Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 Started a manager mode career with Leicester. Bought Stones, Malanda and Oviedo. Lost the first couple of games but beat Arsenal, Stoke and Palace. Since then I can't buy a win and have just lost two games in a row to last minute goals, one of which after equalising against West Brom in the last minute. Finding World Class difficulty pretty bloody hard! It's the slide tackles. The AI pull off some unreal slide tackles when I'm in attacking positions and I'm just defending the rest of the time. I want to avoid touching the sliders if I can though. Did alright with this in the end. Finished 10th and won the FA cup . Against the big teams I would just play 4-3-1-2, pass it around as much as I could to keep the ball and when they go all out attack at the end, bring on Mahrez and Vardy and just hit them for pace. If it was online or against someone, that would be immoral. But after some of the sh*t that happens on the game when playing normally, I really don't care. Signed Blanco at CB, Behlouli, Marcos Lopes and Berahino at the start of the 2nd season. Berahino hitting 8 goals in 5 Premier League games. Currently 5th. It's so much easier to play with decent players that actually do what you want!

Just played a match online at home to Burnley and throughout the whole game all of the crowd noise was Burnley based chants (Ginger Mourinho, Burnley Burnley Burnley etc.); why is there not a single Leicester chant in the game? I know we had the jokes before that they came to the KP to record and there were no chants because we 'have no atmosphere' but legitimately how have Burnley managed to get chants into the game and we haven't? It's not even as if it was at Turf Moor, it was at home. I've noticed it before with other prem teams but just put it down to being newly promoted and missing out, like the game faces which was disappointed but understandable (kinda); but with Burnley coming up with us and still getting chants it's hard not to take it personally. Plus just chanting their name is something we do all the time too, so its not like we had no 'suitable' chants. Just wondering if anyone else had been irked by this or had a reason for it.
