Tbh it was probably just one of those games where it's been majorly scripted. I'm sure I've had my share where I've been the beneficiary, but some of the goals were laugh out loud ridiculous.

I've just lost 3 in a row in division 2 and now look like getting relegated; the first 2 were fair enough but this last one was just unreal. I lost 5-4 to some chump who was absolutely shit, but had IF Aubamayang. He had 5 shots in the whole game, about 4 of which went straight through my keeper. 3 of his 5 goals came straight from kick offs after me scoring and one of the others was a header from a corner from about 1 yard out - where my keeper was god only knows. no there is isnt. Won div 1 in fifa 13 about 7 times without spending a penny and in div 4 in fifa 15 without playing the game too much the game is definitely more to do about how well you can play and how quickly you can move the ball around. A decent gold team can give any team a good go in my opinion if you get the tactics right Its so much more fun playing the game without buying coins anyway. really dont get why people do

Thanks to doing alot of that and putting most of my received transfer funds towards wages, my Leicester City starting 11 now looks like this after 4 seasons: Fabiano Großkreutz Blanco Nastasic Marçal E.Hazard Malanda Neymar Gotze Hamsik Hernandez The only players I paid for out of that lot were Fabiano, Blanco and Malanda. The attacking lineup there is ridiculous. My subs bench also includes Joel Campbell, Ljajic, Casemiro and Ramires. Drinkwater, Knockeart, Mahrez, De Laet and Vardy are all still at the club too.

The last 1/3 of my first season on career mode and all of a sudden every team I play is full of Ronaldos and every keeper is Neuer in disguise it seems. I can pummel their goal all match and their keeper is pulling off unbelievable saves with his eyebrows or his toe hair!!

What's the point in playing a match if the result is already semi-pre-determined?

How do you know he wasn't thinking the same for 88 minutes, wondering why his players were playing so badly? Also the better players within ultimate team are those with lesser rated teams, simply because they have played more games and used the 'better players'. Last year the best striker on the game was Gabbiadini. A non-rare silver.
Finnegan Posted 25 November 2014 Posted 25 November 2014 Sorry but, as a player of silver teams, that last bit is bollocks. I'm undecided on scripting but handicapping is definitely real. My team plays like Real Madrid against five star gold teams, plays like Real Betis against other silver sides and like Real fcking Salt Lake when someone shows up with a bunch of bronze. I thought it could be in my head at first, I tried harder vs gold and got complacent vs silver, etc. After a few hundred games, though, I think I'm qualified to say it's real to an extent.

They're obviously trying to make the game feel more realistic, as in players becoming a little more nervous and missing a few more chances with the pressures of winning decisive games, lower league sides upping their game if they're fighting for survival etc. I just don't think it works as well with this kind of game though, it's the same with offsides, they can't really win....if they make every single offside decision correct, then people will moan that it isn't how it happens in the real world, and if they make it so that they sometimes get it wrong then people will moan that the game is glitched and is making wrong decisions. Can be really annoying at times though. I really struggled to pick up points at the end of my 1st season, because I was fighting for the league title, then my 1st game of the 2nd season I beat Liverpool 5-0 at Anfield.
