Finnegan Posted 29 October 2014 Posted 29 October 2014 Spam Harsh. I'd have flipped. I had one in the silver cup yesterday. Tackled his player near the byline in the 90th minute. Squared it back to my keeper to clear. Fine. Except the keeper, with no sprint button pressed or anything else, hilariously miscontrols it right in to the path of my centre half (who I was controlling, but is now ai) who has decided to run straight at my keeper for reasons unknown. They run in to each other, fall over, and the attacker I tackled gets a tap in to take it to extra time.
Beliall Posted 29 October 2014 Posted 29 October 2014 i had what felt like a hack game yesterday. always behind to this team of most of the games best players, but my defenders visibly slowed down to allow their forwards to catch up (and score), and when i attaked, my striker was about to hit a probable goal, and some magical force moved him around the ball and the defender collected. was frikkin wierd
sdb Posted 29 October 2014 Posted 29 October 2014 Sure this has been discussed but really pissing me off. In career mode, I keep getting dropped, despite scoring goals/getting MOTM. On the home screen I have (occasionally) an average rating of something awful like 5.4 or whatever, despite getting 7's & 8's. What's that about? Also, every time i'm subbed off (usually with 5/6 mins to go) my team tend to concede at least 2, if not 3 or 4 goals. Joke! Can these be fixed at all??

Yes, tell me about it- I do not mind injuries actually as it allowed for squad rotation which add some realism for me. Damn, I can't believe I have not thought of building two squads to boost chem. Feeling really stupid now ha. How do you alter between squads- per tournament or what?

How do you alter between squads- per tournament or what? i play my main squad, untill i lose a few or they get tired , then i use the other. it took until now to have 2 squads, packs have been kind and given me a few useful cards recently. but my now secondary squad has only 83 chem. im working on a third that uses all different cards from the others but not quite there yet.

stix Posted 29 October 2014 Posted 29 October 2014 I played against this bronze MLS side earlier today(they're all silver because I copied his squad into my concept squads, all concept squads have silver background). Apart from the CDM & 1 of the CBs all of them are 87 pace or higher. The other CB has 93 pace. Jefferson Cuero with a 90th minute winner for me.

stix Posted 29 October 2014 Posted 29 October 2014 CUEROOOOOOOOOO!! I hadn't been scoring very many with him for a while so bought Arizala to try out. He wasn't quite at full fitness though so Cuero kept his place for the next game and I bagged a hat trick with him.

I keep trying to force him in to my MX side but I have to significantly weaken it and it's not worth while. Maikon Leite is very, very similar but he doesn't get in the side either now I've swapped to LF and RF either side of Arizala (comfortably my top scorer now.)

Finding this too....the CPU's keeper makes some outrageous saves....whereas my keeper lets in 'easy' shots, and very rarely makes good saves!
