theessexfox Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Kasper - 8 - Criticised him last match but what a performance Simpson - 7 - Did well on the whole Was - 4 - Shown up by Benteke Moore - 4 - Likewise Konchesky - 5 - Did alright sometimes, weird sending off Mahrez - 5 - Good stuff first half, awful second James - 3 - Shocking performance and set plays Cambiasso - 6 - Good passing first half, ran out of steam second Schlupp - 4 - Lacks footballing ability Vardy - 5 - Ran channels well, ineffective Uloa - 6 - Good hold up play, got his goal, hurt us when he had to come off Nugent - 6 - Looked good when he came on Wood - 6 - Did okay Albrighton - 5 - Looked lost Villa - 5 - Poor team Ref - 1 - What? Pearson - 5 - Right team, just not a very good one Pearson - Stay
Blue Ed Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Kasper - 6 Simpson - 5 Was - 3 Moore - 2 Konchesky - 3 Mahrez - 3 James - 1 Cambiasso - 8 Schlupp - 4 Vardy - 3 Uloa - 5 Nugent - 6 Wood - 4 Albrighton - 3
Brooksy Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Kasper - 6 - Can't blame him for either goal due to the absolute comical defending. Made some decent stops and kept us in it. Simpson - 6 - An improvement on De Laet, looked ok to be fair to him. Moore - 3 - At fault for the first and kept playing Benteke/Agbonlahor onside in the second half. Not good enough, Upson in next game please. Wasyl - 4 - Meh Konch - 4 - Looked alright prior to his red but where the **** was he for their 2nd. Mahrez - 5 - Looked threatening at times but didn't do a lot. James - 2 - Gash, not good enough. Cambiasso - 7 - Class above anyone but doesn't mean a lot when the rest of the team are dogshit. Schlupp - 3 - Less said the better Vardy - 4 - Lots of running but didn't do anything. Can't really blame him when we're creating hardly anything Ulloa - 5 - Wonderstrike of a goal, held the ball up well. Nuge - 4 - Great effort but did **** all. Wood - 3 - Likewise Nugent without the shot. Ref - **** off and die you cvnt.
ScouseFox Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 kasper 7 - motm simpson 6 - alright was 5 - got done a few times moore 4 - same as was but shocking for the goal konch 4 - same as the rest but -1 for a red riyad 6 - bright first half whenever he had the ball, second half wasn't really in it then played at right back for a bit. great. cambiasso 6 james 4 - not that bad but loses marks for every corner he takes schlupp 4 vardy 4 ulloa 6 nuge 5 others n/a nige 5 villa 5 ref 3
veezeeblue Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Kasper brilliant Ulloa good Nuge - what could have been - such a shame his scorcher was so well saved that was the famous fine margin right there Konch sending off was a farce he was playing ok too Simpson didnt appear nor did he fail - one trip down the wing keep fighting on we will make it but we need to invest in Jan big time
One Legged Beaver Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Schmeichel - 7 Not a lot he could do for both goals and kept it from being a complete drubbing. Simpson - 4 Got terrorised by Cissoko down the left all game, and crosses were repeatedly coming in from that side. Wasyl - 3 His worst game this season. Stupid Free Kick to give away for their first and his all round positioning wasn't up to scratch. Moore - 2 You can see why he hasn't been in the team. Terrible defending for the first and just got bullied all game. Didn't keep in line with the rest of the defence on numerous occasions. Konchesky - 5 Kept them quiet down that side for most of the game, and dealt with N'zogbia well. Not quite sure why he was sent off. Mahrez - 2 Decent little five minute spell in the first half. Apart from that he was just anonymous and his first touch was severely lacking. Cambiasso - 4 Few decent balls and looked like our most creative player. Tackling was a bit iffy though and not able to have much of a presence due to our defence just missing out our midfield with every pass. James - 2 Been shocking for the last few games now. No composure on the ball and set pieces are mind bogglingly bad. Schlupp - 1 Useless on the ball, useless off the ball. Posed no threat to Hutton all game and just let Hutton stroll into our box to get the winner. Vardy - 2 Hard working but lacks the quality needed for this league. Didn't really do anything all game. Ulloa - 5 Good to see him back on the score sheet and held the ball up well. Shame he got kicked off the pitch unpunished though. Nugent - 5 Thought he did ok. Almost scored a cracker and teed off others for a few chances as well as winning a fair amount of knock ons. Wood - 3 Came on at a time when we were only hoofing it. Albrighton - N/A Didn't even notice him. Pearson - 2 (Stay) Can't believe he still allows James to take set pieces. High defensive line against a side like Villa was suicidal. Needs to drop a lot of the current first team and revert to three in the middle. Villa - 5 Nothing special, but you don't have to be with our defence. Ref - 2 Let off Clark without even penalising or having a word with him after what could have been a leg breaking challenge. Ludicrous sending off. Honestly can't remember the last time I gave a referee a score above 3 in one of our games.
ADK Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Schmeichel 7 - Better performance, we continue to look vulnerable from crosses though. Konchesky 3 - Not up to it and a needless red card. Moore 3 - Outclassed. Wasilevski 6 - Tried to shore up a weak defence which led to him being out ran a few times, solid enough though. Simpson 7 - Did reasonably well for most of the game. Schlupp 5 - Lacking in quality. Cambiasso 6 - Needs better players around him. James 5 - Wasted possession and wasted too many set pieces. Mahrez 5 - Started very well, then went silent. Would be great if football matches were 30 minutes long. Vardy 5 - Huffed and puffed. Ulloa 7 - Another good performance and a goal. Nugent 5 - One good shot but otherwise anonymous Wood 5 - He's like Ulloa but worse in every way. Albrighton 6 - Manages to get crosses in but looks lightweight. Pearson 4 - Felt we needed to put another man in midfield especially with an inexperienced back 4. The predictable result was Villa having all the possession and making twice as many passes. Villa I thought were average and having had the fortune to go 1 up, we should have been able to get at least a point. Ref was poor, although he didn't influence the result.

Tuna Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Some harsh comments in here, we weren't Swansea bad!
Steve Earle Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Schmeichel - looked like a premiership goalie today, which hasn't always been the case. 6 Simpson - showed all the RDL haters why NP picks him. Offered less than nothing as an offensive force, and didn't look conspicuously better than RDL defensively. 3 Wasileweski - Ok, it's not his fault that he's playing one or two leagues above his level. But which eejit thought he could be a premiership team's third or fourth choice centre back? Embarassing. And I mean worse than Jimmy Willis. I hope we never see him play again. 1 Moore - see above. Should be fourth choice at best while he learns his trade. I do hope we see him again, just not very often this season. 2 Konchesky - it's all been said before. Should never have started the season as first choice left back. 3 Mahrez - did ok. One of our better players and doesn't look out of his depth at this level. 5 James - not sure I've seen him play so poorly before. But he's worth persevering with. 4 Cambiasso - pure quality, shame about the legs. Love him. 6 Schlupp - as with Mahreze, did ok today. Continues to infuriate. 5 Vardy - doesn't look like scoring does he? Will he make it? We may not find out this season. 5 Ulloa - see Cambiasso. 6 Wood - a good fourth choice striker at championship level. A poor sixth choice at this. 3 Nugent - continues to prove conclusively that his 'unfinished business' with the premiership is destined to remain unfinished. At this level, half a yard too slow, and half a second too slow in his head. Could do a great job for us again next season, as fourth choice striker in the championship. 5 Albrighton - does anybody know the point of Marc Albrighton? 1
Danno Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Schmeichel 7 Simpson 5 Wasyl 5 Moore 3 Konchesky 4 Mahrez 4 Cambiasso 5.5 James 4 Schlupp 1 Vardy 2 Ulloa 4
eastendfox Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Not joining those who think James was terrible or Simpson better than most. Both were along with most pretty poor. Schmeichel obvious man of match, and Nugent deserves a 6 for actually twice doing something that could have led to a goal. It's getting that bad I'm clutching at straws.
sdb Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Mostly 6's. Moore struggled. Ref was wank, Villa are bang mediocre.
Bettsj2 Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Kasper 8 - Good game, did nothing wrong. Simpson 7 - Looked solid and with more games, should get better. Moore 2 - He might be one of our own but was dogshit today. Was 2 - No need for the foul for the first and no need to be that far forward for the second. Konch 6 - Was playing well until the sending off. Still don't understand it. Mahrez 5 - Didnt do enough with it and did not track back enough on either wing. James 4 - ****ing awful free kicks and corners. Absolute basic stuff. Cambiasso 5 - Did ok but nothing more. Schlupp 3 - That 'shot'. Just ****ing awful. Vardy 4 - Looks a lot like Akinbiyi. Pace and work rate with nothing else. Ulloa 7 - Was playing very well. Completely killed us when he went off. Subs:- Nugent 6 - Did well and unlucky not to score. Wood 5 - Tried to put himself about but we'd completely turned to 'hoof' by the time he came on. Albrighton 4 - No support when he got the ball and he doesnt seem to have the pace to attack the fullback. Pearson 2 - It was quite obvious that if we took control of the middle, we would have hurt them more. Only having 35% possession against a team like Villa is criminal. Also, 3 years he's had to sort out our defending from set pieces and its still ****ing awful.
GorlestonFox Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Can you imagine getting 1/2/3s on any other rating system haha laughable every week you lot
lgfualol Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Kasper MOTM Wood, Albrighton, Schlupp, James, Vardy all 4 and under.
hesapeepingtom Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Kasper - 8 Simpson - 6 Was - 3 Moore - 6 Konchesky - 5 Mahrez - 4 James - 5 Cambiasso - 7 Schlupp - 4 Vardy - 5 Uloa - 6 Nugent - 7 Wood - 4 Albrighton - 4
Dickov22 Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Kasper 9 some great saves. MOTM Simpson 6 Didn't offer much going forward but seemed pretty solid Moore 4 I can bemoan zonal marking all day but even that system leaves him no excuse for the goal. Simply pathetic Wasilewski 5 Silly foul but he does those regularly. To be fair to him, up against a quality player in Benteke, who was the difference between two poor sides and did ok Konch 5 Doing ok until the red. His tackle seemed poor but not a red when I saw it live. Haven't seen it back Schlupp 4 Lots of effort but very poor. The shot he put over the bar is becoming a regular occurrence. Just have some composure for **** sake James 5 So poor at set pieces but saw plenty of the ball. Cambiasso 5 Quiet game by his standards Mahrez 7 As usual, our most technically gifted and dangerous player. Tried his heart out too Vardy 4 Anonymous Ulloa 7 Thought he had a very decent half. Shame we lost him for the second Nugent 6 Credit where it's due, did ok, won balls in the air and a decent effort on goal Wood 3 Lump. Pathetic as usual Albrighton 3 Think we now know why he gets no game time 442 away is crazy. To finish a game lumping balls into the box AGAIN is embarrassing. Fed up. Wood and Nugent as a front two in the prem? Moore and Wasilewski as our two centre halves? Whether this squad is the fault of Peason, Robinson, owners or all 3 doesn't matter. Fact is, it isn't good enough to stay up.
veezeeblue Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 can someone do a survey to see if anyone knows the results to this survey ?
fridoux Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 shmeichel 8 : good saves, kept his team in the match simpson 6 : did ok wasy 3 : faulty on the second goal, too many long balls also moore 3 : verry costly error on the 1st goal konchesky 5 : good enough james 3 : lost in the pich cambiasso 6 : did his job tried hard, need support (whers's drinkwater) shlupp 4 : shluppy passes, shluppy shots, shluppy positionning, mahrez 5 : looks playing with a lot of pressure, good first half, average in the 2nd, wasted as a right fullback. vardy 3 : should be sent off ulloa 7 : good game nugent 6 : still think he's much better than vardy wood 4 : did he play actually ?
Rasmic123 Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 kasper 8 simpson 4 was 4 moore 4 konch 3 mahrez 6 cambiasso 7 james 2 (has to be dropped for DD, he becomes the most useless plank as soon as he crosses the half way line) schlupp 4 ulloa 5 vardy 4 (ineffective but didnt have much to feed off)
Kitchandro Posted 7 December 2014 Posted 7 December 2014 Cambiasso and Kasper best players. Ulloa did well until he came off. Nugent looked lively at times when he came on. The rest were average to shit. For the 3rd match in a row a shocking refereeing performance.

Wasyl was in the Premier League team of the week last month (whoscored.com), he was also voted as our player of the month on this forum. He wasn't great today but to say that you "wish we never see him play again", I think know that is incredibly harsh.
