He's an unknown quality really. I have no idea of the standard of the Croatian League but I'm pretty sure it'll be nothing like the Premier League. Plus this obsession with Chelsea isn't filling me with confidence that his heart is really in the move.

However Cambiasso took a fooking age but he's been dedicated and put in solid performances throughout the season. So if he can come and bang the goals in to keep us up I couldn't care less if we went off to Chelsea in the summer.

Is this normal?

Certainly is. For the first time since 2001 we've got a realistic chance of winning the cup if we select our strongest xi. Let's have a home draw against a middle of the road championship side for now!

How many rounds still to go until the final?

 

I'd like to share your optimism as far as the FA Cup is concerned, but we've only won one game so far against a mostly awful (and somewhat unlucky) Newcastle United side.

My realism in terms of winning the trophy kicks in when we're a bit closer to the latter stages of the competition.

Disappointing draw would take a replay back at ours. Spurs away is always a good tear up and day out but that's all it'll be unless Pearson has the bottle to play our strongest eleven and have a proper crack at it.

If he does that, and other Prem teams don't, then there's no reason we can't win the cup this year.

We could say the same about French Ligue 2 football and mahrez hasn't done bad

Both Burnley and Yids have put out their strongest sides today, another sign we're going to have to do the same in 3 weeks time.

On another note fully British starting XI from Burnley and there's only one paddy on the bench. Got to respect them for that, I hope they stay up.

Yep, that's what I meant in my second paragraph. Although this is a much larger investment than Mahrez was.

No they didnt, Kane was on the bench, Lloris was sat at home with Walker, Mason and Llamela 7 changes from the side that beat Chelsea

Wouldn't get excited by the draw anyway buddy

NP and most fans these days doesn't seem to give a shit about the oldest cup competition in the world which is a shame really in my eyes
