Dr The Singh Posted 25 January 2015 Posted 25 January 2015 Anniversary of the passing of, tomorrow. Gone but not forgotten. Would have loved that last minute winner yesterday. RIP Janx!!
FoxesAreBlue Posted 25 January 2015 Posted 25 January 2015 He was before my time on here but I've just searched his name and read the post that his Mrs wrote. Heart wrenching really. I didn't know him, and never spoke to him, but he is one of our own and I hope he rests in peace.
Webbo Posted 25 January 2015 Posted 25 January 2015 I'd only been on here a month or 2 when he passed. One of the top posters on here and very funny.
Brenfox Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 Lovely guy, enjoyed many a drink with him. People tend to go overboard when someone passes but he was a genuinely great bloke.
Bert Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 Still so sad, especially as it could've been so easily avoided. Hope you're resting well Janx.
Buzzell Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 Still so sad, especially as it could've been so easily avoided. Hope you're resting well Janx. May I ask how he passed away?
davieG Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 Very sorry to have to tell all those who attended The Foxes games and knew Neil Jarvis the following very sad news.................... Neil was tragically killed in a car accident on the evening of Friday 26th January . I know he was a life long fan of the Foxes and will be missed by all those he chatted with over Pukka pie and peas, or fish, chips and gravy at the matches and all those who experienced his wit and patter over the chat page. At the moment, it is very difficult to comprehend that at the age of 36 - I am now a widow with a 4 year old Son who was so looking forward to attending the matches with his Daddy and already sports a collection of home and away kits. Unfortunately I have not met any of you but I know he enjoyed all your Company - you were a "good crowd" who he had a great laugh with. If you wish to contact me my Email address is [email protected] . Thanks Sarah Jarvis May I ask how he passed away?
Buzzell Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 Devastating. Thoughts and condolences to his family and friends. Again R.I.P Janx.
MC Prussian Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 Rest in peace, Janx. Whenever I'm in the area, I usually make sure to visit his spot in the commemorative corner at the King Power Stadium.
HEGGSY Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 RIP Janx, way before my time on here, but he sounded like a great lad.
bovril Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 Very sad. Thoughts with his wife and son, I hope they're doing ok.
Jon the Hat Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 I hope his family are doing well. RIP Janx.
cambridgefox Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 Before my time I'm afraid, but how tragic.
Guest Bilo Posted 26 January 2015 Posted 26 January 2015 Well before my time on here, but I've met a few FTers who spoke of him with great fondness. Tragic for his family. RIP.
Robsdee Posted 27 January 2015 Posted 27 January 2015 A great guy, had many good times with him. Loved his Club. Sarah and Janx Jnr (Charlie) are doing well, Neil would have been very proud of them both. R.I.P. mate, have a beer with Worcester Fox.
