Pearson did not take training at Hull since. Yet still there is radio silence. Anyone think we've hit a stumbling block or is this all part of the plan for Nigel to get some work done under the radar for a couple of days?

There is loads of negotiation and bluffing to be done before it gets sorted out. They have seen us spend a few quid and think they can hold us over a barrel to get a slice of the pie. He was worth a couple of 100k when they wanted him, so he's worth the same now.

I dont go on other boards but i do know this is the only place i have actually heard a single person say they dont want him back... EVERY city fan i have spoken to is very excited about having him back. And as Babs has suggested.... the poll makes it clear the majority of fans on here want him back too...

Why not do something about it instead of going on about it on here then? Who else do you want to see manage? Nigel Pearson guided us to the League 1 title at our first attempt, and then guided us to the play offs on a very limited budget and squad. He hasn't even managed a game yet and you are already on his back, give him a break and support the owners' decision.

And in my experience it seems crammed full of wind up merchants, piss takers and racists. How anyone can even take the place seriously I don't know.
James. Posted 9 November 2011 Posted 9 November 2011 Just had a quick look on Bentleys and the logic they use to criticise Pearson is absolutely laughable. I can't even be bothered to quote it here, but suffice to say I don't think they're exactly representative of most level headed fans views.
