Good to see he gave a shift today.

I'm not convinced they'll sell up if we reach the PL; it'll justify their decision-making and management.
-
Birmingham have always been so amusing with their "who?" chants.
-
Another stupid red in a non-dangerous area. We have the thickest players.

He scores some cracking goals. Beadle couldn't get a hand to that.

From league to cup, we feck up.

Get Ricardo off, he's Birmingham's most effective player.

Unforgivable Ricardo.

Man U v Spurs, one of the few matches for which my preferred outcome would be match abandoned due to a 22-player brawl with both benches fully involved. -
I agree. The local pressure is long lasting and vehement, but I think it's the personal embarrassment caused by the national and international reaction that will force Top to act.
-
Before clearing off, he released a statement saying Top told him he isn't happy but he'll have to go along with it.

See the final line of my post.

I've seen several comments lavishing praise on Winks and suggesting he was at the centre of a much improved team performance yesterday. I saw a player doing the basics while not stretching himself, not creating anything of note, and not contributing anything special to what the team did. He made one tackle, and created two chances (by comparison Chowdhury made no tackles and created one chance in half the time). I saw Winks give a perfunctory performance against mediocre opponents who beat us comfortably and were content to sit on their lead. To his credit, he didn't make any costly mistakes, which I suppose qualifies him for massive commendation in our world. We set the bar very low these days.

McAllister went down like he'd been whacked with a baseball bat. Gordon merely pushed him. Pathetic. -
West Brom are in freefall. Fans calling for the manager's head after 5 matches. Serious candidates for relegation.
-
I don't think he added much today, other than doing the bare minimum for his role. If that made him our best player it says more about the rest.
-
Winks on to save the day and lead by example with his commitment.

Brainless.

It distracts from zero incoming transfers.

Oxford 2-1 Post Match Thread

It couldn't be worse. His time was done some weeks ago, but it's at a new low now. -
Seemed far more interested in making easy, short passes to boost his stats than taking any risks in the interests of attacking the opposition.
