Next season will be really important for him as he has to see if he can cut it in the Prem or if the championship is his standard. A loan deal could be a possibility

The terrible run they had, when still under their previous manager, coincided with Cattermole not being in the side due to injury. He makes a difference to them. I can understand some of your points because the Sunderland fans seem to love him but he isn't a player I'd want at Leicester, that's my opinion. He's temperamental and a liability under the pressure of important matches.

The last bit isn't true of course. He usually does well in the big games.

I can't fault his work rate though he gives everything, making me think his best trait is also his worst. I can see why you and others would want him but negative points outweigh the positive ones in my opinion. We could certainly do a lot worse then Cattermole but he isn't for me.

Was it not Redknapp that said he hated Savage but would love him in his side.
