LCFC TWITTER RUMOURS

Probably the best penalty taker around.

If we bought on penalty taking abilities then we'd have Rickie Lambert starting upfront for us, with Gallagher on the wing!

In all seriousness though, I don't really know what to think of this Balotelli rumour. I like him and I think it would be a good statement from the club but as others have said I'm not sure he'd fit the team. But you never know, don't think it will happen anyway tbh

His goal scoring record is impressive for a young player at every club except Liverpool. IF he knuckled down he'd be a great player, but why would he start grafting now, at Leicester, with his salary halved? (~£80k/w at Liverpool)

Even tho Liverpool would want to sell him I'm sure they would send him out on loan just to get shot of him !!

just seen someone on twitter saying we are looking to buy xavi to replace cambiasso.

Well we have a thread for Balotelli which is just as ridiculous

A few fans on Twitter stating that they'd want Jamie Vardy at Manchester United!

I am sure they would and I would like Messi. Thought they had gone on to ebay to that 'shop' known as

Southampton? You can buy anyone from there.

It's more likely to be a Schalke player given the quality of players at both teams. Matip and Neustadter are out of contract at the end of the season, but we'd still prob have to break our transfer record to sign either of them. Id imagine its a regular first team player though, we wouldn't have sent someone over if whoever it is wasn't extremely likely to play. Hoger, their defensive mid, is also out of contract this season.

I can see the owners willing to splash a bit more cash before the window closes wanting to keep momentum on our good start with the addition of a bit of quality here and there.

I'm sure we've been reported to watch a lot of Schalke games. Even after we signed Fuchs we were linked with watching some more of their players.

Draxler would be absolutely immense!

Draxler is just a dream.  If he goes anywhere in the UK it is to Man U.

What do you reckon we'd have to pay for this sort of a dream?

20?

Mentioned this guy a few weeks back, but with Inler and Kante in now, can't see that coming to anything. Draxler, well.....now that would shake things up! I don't think people can look at us as an unfashionable club now, I may sound biased, but we have the makings to be a successful Premier League side. If Stoke can sign Shaqiri, what's to say we can't make a bid for Draxler?

All we need is Marseille to make a bid and he's as good as ours.

He'll cost 20-25 million quid so there's not going to be too many clubs with that kinda cash apparently linked with Liverpool, Chelsea, Juventus (late July 2015) and Arsenal....

This would be insanity on a stick - let's hope it's him our scouts are looking at.

Bit on the rumours section about potential defensive additions....fabricated nonsense or some subtance? thoughts?

Directors feeling now is the time maybe to start showing how serious they are?
