They probably used the internet to find out where the gogo bars are and got a taxi. Or even just asked a taxi driver to take them to somewhere they could find some prostitutes. Not difficult in any sizable city, easy in Bangkok where there's a couple of conspicuous prostitution areas aimed at tourists. I suppose it's possible that the hotel offered some off the record service soliciting prostitutes but I don't know, just seems unlikely to me.
