AKCJ Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Best forward to ever play in the Premier League for me. Genuinely rate him above even Henry, Bergkamp, RVN etc.. Absolutely no chance.
Ozwin Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Could do with United playing like Atletico against Spurs at the weekend. Proper nasty, cheating little bastards aren't they? I love it.
Gary Eatfood Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Best forward to ever play in the Premier League for me. Genuinely rate him above even Henry, Bergkamp, RVN etc.. As a player he's up there with the likes of Henry, Bergkamp and RVN but as a character he's down there with the likes of El Hadji Diouf. Anyway, the best forward to play in the Premier League was Alan Shearer.
Hoffe Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 El Hadji Diouf? Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Suarez never went against his own teammates for example. Everyone would love Suarez in his team. El Hadji Diouf though? Nah.
Corky Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 About time we had the chance to accuse Atletico Madrid and the like of being boring and killing football with their tactics.
filbertway Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 About time we had the chance to accuse Atletico Madrid and the like of being boring and killing football with their tactics. They are pretty boring in the main. Solid, effective and boring. Much like Chelsea last season and us at the minute. I doubt too many neutrals would be watching or enjoying our games if it wasn't for the fact it was such an amazing story. We're loving it because it's reaping positive results for us and edging us closer to an unbelievable title win. Chelsea bored me to tears last season when they were doing it though. I don't know about others, but when I sit down on a sunday to watch the games, I'm hoping for end to end football with plenty of chances and goals. Not two teams holding a rigid formation and being hard to beat.
Jattdogg Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 As a player he's up there with the likes of Henry, Bergkamp and RVN but as a character he's down there with the likes of El Hadji Diouf. Anyway, the best forward to play in the Premier League was Alan Shearer. Total disrespect to vardy how dare you! . Suarez is one talented player (no denying) but an absolute bell end. Shearer definitely top class. Henry was great too.
MC Prussian Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 Wolfsburg 1-0 up front against Real, after the Madrid outfit had one goal disallowed for offside just minutes earlier. EDIT: 2-0 A bit against the run of play, but who cares? This looks like a veritable cupset!
rmahrez Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 De Bruyne great goal from City. Hope they make the semis along with Wolfsburg.
AKCJ Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 KDB is class. LMAO. On a side note. BTs coverage of football is utterly, utterly abysmal.
Dan Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 Michael Owen makes this a chore. He either states the absolute obvious or is so far wrong it hurts. Terrible. Man City deserve to be ahead? They've fouled PSG in the box twice, saved the one penalty that was given, been let off by Ibrahimovic once and still gave away an absolute calamity goal. I haven't got a clue what he's watching.
VLC86 Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 If i had a pound for every time i have conceded that Man city goal on PES I would probably have lots of pounds now.
Hoffe Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 Really feel for Thiago Silva who is by far the best CB in the world and of his generation but has to play with the imbecile that is David Luiz.
AKCJ Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 Navas is such a fraud. How the **** is he playing in the Champions League quarter finals? He's literally Lloyd Dyer with a fancy name.
TheSomersetFox Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 Navas is so bad. Can you imagine Riyad getting into that position and toe poking it so shitly wide
martyn Posted 6 April 2016 Posted 6 April 2016 Marcelo kicked and then headbutted a Wolfsburg player but then went down as if he had been headbutted himself and got the Wolfsburg player booked. Really wish there would be retrospective action for blatant cheating like that.
