Stevosevic Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 If it is mon being interviewed then surely it is a done deal. Both parties are not stupid. For him to be there says its an i's and t's situation. Therefore grab any odds against going imho. This. O'Neill wouldn't take the interview if he didn't want it and the owners/club know all they need to know about MON.
MikeyT Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 O'NEILL CUT FOR FOXES JOB There has been a gamble on Martin O'Neillreturning to Leicester as manager for a second time. We have seen a steady stream of bets starting last night has continued into the morning and the Irishman is now 7/2 from 20/1. Claudio Ranieri has also been trimmed to 8/1 from 12s. Former USA boss Bob Bradley remains the 7/4favourite for the vacancy.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 O'Neill didn't do well at Subderland but never got the time and they are a shambles, at Villa he was brilliant and look at villa now since he left
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 ladbrokes go 1/4 This is happening my god, the second coming ...
cc_star Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 O'Neill didn't do well at Subderland but never got the time and they are a shambles, at Villa he was brilliant and look at villa now since he left Advocaat did alright, in less time turning them round from being a shambles & should build on that now. No reason a motivated Mon shouldn't have done the same
cc_star Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 The first time odds have been so low, maybe there is something in it this time! Unlike Preki odds being that low, a manager whose greatest achievement was managing an indoor side, or some shit
ramboacdc Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Unlike Preki odds being that low, a manager whose greatest achievement was managing an indoor side, or some shit preki didnt get to 1/4 and suspend the market. smoke here
TotalPreki Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 O'Neill didn't do well at Subderland but never got the time and they are a shambles, at Villa he was brilliant and look at villa now since he left His transfer business was shit... wrong players, overpaid for plodders and paper tigers... sunderland still dealing with the repercussions..
zak_lcfc Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Unlike Preki odds being that low, a manager whose greatest achievement was managing an indoor side, or some shit Maybe I'm wrong but I can't remember Preki going 1/4 or the whole market being suspended due to a flood of bets, this is similar to when Pearson was sacked he sat at 4/1-5/1 and then began to shorten very quickly until the announcement was made, I'm not always saying bookies are right and it is common knowledge they move odds around to reduce risk of loss but when they drop as they have for O'neill maybe there is something going on behind the scenes
TheSomersetFox Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 His transfer business was shit... wrong players, overpaid for plodders and paper tigers... sunderland still dealing with the repercussions.. Sunderland have had a history of signing average shite for the last few years though havent they? I'm presuming its more to do with their scouting system.
ramboacdc Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 1/4 skybet we will either get him or the bookies will be having vinegar with their chips this evening!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 1/4 skybet we will either get him or the bookies will be having vinegar with their chips this evening! The bookies have loved this, with people banging on Preki and Klopp they have already made a killing...
whitlock Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 His transfer business was shit... wrong players, overpaid for plodders and paper tigers... sunderland still dealing with the repercussions.. Depends how it could be set up now. If Shakey, Walsh and Rudkin stay (sure Rudkin would anyways) MON would have a different back room/scouting set up, a decent one. The recruitment policy at Sunderland wouldn't be replicated here. On the other hand, if MON comes in and brings in those scouts/backroom staff at Sunderland it could do. Interesting times.

Stevosevic Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 Looks like serious money has gone on him, as opposed to Preki

Almost all managers bring their own people Whoever takes over will mean bye-bye Shakey & Walsh. Bad times, as people like Walford who follow MoN around have shared his piss poor record of the past half a decade or more
RowlattsFox Posted 10 July 2015 Posted 10 July 2015 are players allowed to bet on this sort of thing? I'd be looking to make something on this, surely they'd have an idea.
