I can't imagine this being used to tie up deadline day signings?

Our club has representatives pretty much world wide and with technology nowadays does a player actually have to be present within Leicester to sign a deal? A lot of players will also be away on international break now and may not be allowed to leave there camps.

Was it Crouch who said a few years ago that SSN has glamourised his deadline day move to Stoke saying he was in a chopper flying over somewhere when he was actually sitting in a service station someone as his reps was sitting most the paperwork out?
