He is trying to court BL but they won't match our offer. We come back with something a little more attractive and his advisors/owners will 'advise' him that our deal is a good one.

If they do qualify it's fully expected that they will up their bid as they will have a huge influx of cash. If they don't qualify he'll either stay in Brazil or reconsider our offer
