You mean like Kante... Who now looks likely to sign. Please think things through before posting.

Who was quoted as saying he was possibly interested once we changed manager to someone he had heard of and respected.

If we want aranguiz, do we have to sack Claudio?

Yeah that does look terminal. Up the wage offer by £5k. Give him today and Sunday, then walk away. It's a business, players are commodities, he is coming across as a bell end.

Although you have to ask why we haven't spoken to the lad directly when our team have been out there for days.

Text book stuff... Reject offer, make personal plea.

It's in Inters court, Bayer can't afford him, if they don't accept the offer then he'll come knocking on the door here.

PR disaster for the club

Explain. We haven't gone public with interest in him.

No he didn't say that. And the comment he did make was a week or so down the line, after his chairman played hard ball and didn't cave to the lower offer of OM.

He said he's happy to play for Inter if he cant go to Bile Leverc*nts though...

But if (Yes  we're speculating again, assuming, but we have nothing to go on spectulation and assumption is all we can discuss really) the club new from the start he wasn't interest why no come out with a statement saying we would not be following it up, not even any need for a statement just get Ranieri to say it after one of the friendlies in his interview.

That way you nip it in the bud, no more speculation, no more links, doesn't turn into a saga it has turned into.

Enjoy your 6 thrashings in the Champions League group stage dickhead.

lol They've qualified from their group for the past 2 years.

This San guy...you have read his Twitter profile right? You do know he is a student/freelance writer?

Hardly a reputable source.

There is the other fella, plus the club director, plus the interview. (Although no idea how old the interview is)

Why would anyone want to come to Leicester when they can play in a decent league and play in the champions league, it's hardly surprising, personally I have a lot of respect for him for not just going where the money is

Oh course he says that. He's trying to force their hand. If he said "if you don't cave in to the lower offer, I'll just go to Leicester at the end of it anyway" then it would be a shitty negotiation.

All this stuff will go on all the time, it's just usually behind closed doors. They do it a bit differently over there!

Oh no its just on media outlets that a fee has been agreed, and the player is quoted as saying he doesn't want to come to this club.

Do you not think this might be considered detrimental to other potentials targets, how many players have not wanted to come here in the last week after a fee was agreed?

James chester

Jordan Veretout

Gokhan Inler

Again if he has been selected in a friendly after a fee was agreed he obviously has made it clear to the club, otherwise they would not risk injury

But would Inter reject €15 million?

If someone else bids 15 million I'd imagine they would accept like they did when we bid that much. I reckon ze Germans will stick to their guns and hope they accept 10 million which I don't think they will. Whatever price the third party have been promised by us will need to be matched and I don't think ze Germans have the financial clout to match us. He's obviously trying to force his way out and if it fails maybe Leicester wont look like such a bad proposition after all.
