What I need to see is: Effort Players who care about the club and, probably players who are culturally similar to myself

I don't think a lot of people really notice the skin colour of players tbh. And you to counter your point about Villa tonight. One Man Utd is half cast, the rest are white. Leicester started with a largely white team last week.
