RedSoxUK Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Glad Lawrence has gone to a team where he can play, him and Marshall on the wings should be a nightmare for opposition and glory for Rhodes.
Guest Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Glad Lawrence has gone to a team where he can play, him and Marshall on the wings should be a nightmare for opposition and glory for Rhodes. I doubt the Championship sides are losing sleep over those pair on the wings.
Captain... Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Pretty funny that 2 people have commented on the loan of one of our up and coming young players and we have 8 pages of moaning and bitching about a flag. Good news for Lawrence a decent championship side should be good for him.
HitchinFox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Pleased that we've sent Lawrence on loan. He's a real talent but needs game time and keep match fit at this stage of his career. Not sure about Rovers though. Questionable manager in Gary Bowyer and their less-than-great start to this season suggests that they're in for another disappointing season – which in their case means out of the play offs. Not a lot of buzz about the place (they average 14,000 at home in a stadium holding more than 30,000) and nobody in that squad strikes me as someone Lawrence could learn from. Same goes for the manager. On the positive, he should get decent minutes each week – and thanks to the club's dire start – if he plays a part in a Rovers revival, then his confidence should soar.
DB11 Posted 23 August 2015 Posted 23 August 2015 Judging by all reports on Bristol City's win against Middlesbrough yesterday, Hamer had an awesome game pulling off a number of world class saves to keep a clean sheet. Including a good save from a certain David Nugent
Danno Posted 28 August 2015 Posted 28 August 2015 Is Jacob Blyth one of those players who we'll keep around for no reason despite them being horrendous?
Stadt Posted 28 August 2015 Posted 28 August 2015 Is Jacob Blyth one of those players who we'll keep around for no reason despite them being horrendous? He'll get released from the development squad when he's 25 or something like that, you'll probably have some idiot on here moaning he's not had a good chance
Danno Posted 28 August 2015 Posted 28 August 2015 He'll get released from the development squad when he's 25 or something like that, you'll probably have some idiot on here moaning he's not had a good chanceHe'll score about 3 goals on loan to Notts County and then fade into nothingness like all of our young players seem to do. I remember when people were calling for Pearson to play George Taft and Tom Hopper ahead of Nugent and Konchesky

lcfcsnow Posted 28 August 2015 Posted 28 August 2015 Is Jacob Blyth one of those players who we'll keep around for no reason despite them being horrendous? It was the usual jobs for the boys signing under Pearson, I'd have thought he'll be gone asap now.
