Fox92 Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 he's not good enough for bristol city Somethings just don't work out. He was good enough when we needed him last season and I have no faith in Schwarzer.
Babylon Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 So you're going to ignore his performances for us last season when called upon? The ones where he didn't have to do much?... He got bombed out by Pearson, then Ranieri, then Bristol City. Eventually, people will twig he performances in the reserves and the friendly games where he fecked up regularly are more in keeping with how good he is, instead of a few games where he didn't have to do a great deal in the prem.

Not suggesting he is good enough but to say he had nothing to do. We were pish at Stoke came away with a 1 nil win that owed a fair bit to to him. How long was it before kasper kettle a clean sheet.

"Didn't have to do much" is a bit harsh. He was superb at Stoke, for example.
lgfualol Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 Chilwell to Huddersfield That's awesome. Have we ever had a youth player that has gone on loan to a level like the Championship at 18? I hope we get him on a long contract.
ScouseFox Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 great about chilwell, championship football at that age should show what he's made of. beats most our youth teamers going out on loan to burton or nuneaton etc at the age of 22.
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 17 November 2015 Posted 17 November 2015 I suspect Hamer won't go out on loan again until January.

He was superb at Stoke, for example. Here we go again. He was fecking awful first half at Stoke, the clean sheet had more to do with their players being totally incapable of hitting the target with 99.9% of their shots. He had a couple of bog standard saves you'd expect anyone to make, a couple of catches and one shot in the last minute that was basically down his throat. To suggest he was the reason for the clean sheet, or that he was superb is just a joke. I've watched the whole game back before so I was sure about my point on him and he really didn't do that much. As I said at the time, the rimming of him was totally unwarranted and still is.
filbertway Posted 18 November 2015 Posted 18 November 2015 I'd rather have N'Golo in than Schwarzer. It's been ages since we had a keeper that everyone agreed was top class. Probably when he had Fulop on loan. Great news about Chilwell, also going to be playing under the ex Dortmund u21s manager and Klopps best mate, so he's going to come back pretty fit. Hope it works out for him and he can come back next season and push Fuchs.
tylesta Posted 24 November 2015 Posted 24 November 2015 Hammond scores for Sheff U deaaaaaaaaaanoooooo
LcFc_Smiv Posted 24 November 2015 Posted 24 November 2015 deaaaaaaaaaanoooooo Just got back from the game, he was woeful, 3rd time I've seen him play for them. The last time he made a great tackle in the 80th minute, asked the Mrs how long he'd been on for as I hadn't seen him all game, turns out he started. In all fairness I don't think his poor form is all down to him, Adkins has completely killed any fight that Clough put in their squad.
Tuna Posted 24 November 2015 Posted 24 November 2015 Still prefer him over Schwarzer. I'd prefer a wheelie bin over Schwarzer.

For while the start of January represents the early days of the winter transfer window, it also signals the return of many that have spent time out on loan. That meant a first day of training for Foxes new boy Demarai Gray, who completed a move from Birmingham City on Monday, but also a first day back for the likes of Liam Moore, Ben Chilwell and Joe Davis, who have all been getting game time in different corners of the country. image: http://www.lcfc.com/cms_images/lc7624-035280-2886066.JPG Defender Moore was back in the Foxes ranks after a 10-game, four-month spell with Bristol City, while full-back Chilwell returned after eight games on loan with Huddersfield Town. Davis, meanwhile, has spent the last three months with League 1 side Fleetwood Town, where he has featured 13 times. Moore and Chilwell slotted straight back into training with the first team group ahead of busy run of games in January. Davis was not considered for the Under-21 friendly match scheduled behind closed doors against Sheffield Wednesday, though goalkeeper Ben Hamer did get his first match minutes since ending his own loan spell with Bristol City last month. image: http://www.lcfc.com/cms_images/lc7624-015280-2886051.JPG image: http://www.lcfc.com/cms_images/lc7623-003280-2886177.jpg Forward Tom Lawrence was also due to return to Leicester this week, before his loan spell at Blackburn Rovers was extended by a further month.
