Harry - LCFC Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 I understand what they're asking us to do but my word that looks like it would take a while. I'll have a go at explaining what's going on. Look at the numbers by the first row: 7 3 1 1 7 Those numbers are asking you to shade in a sequence of seven black squares, then leave a gap, then a shade in a sequence of three black squares, gap, one black square, gap, one black square, gap, finishing with seven black squares. There may or may not be gaps before and after the first and final sequences of black squares. The challenge is knowing how big the gaps are supposed to be, something that you can only know by looking at every column and row in full.
Saxondale Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Write in with the answer and we'll put you under surveillance, because you're obviously a clever bastard and you can't be trusted.
MPH Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 weren't they saying that there was a a staff shortage a little while back? Its probably a copy of the old mensa thing. If you can work this out then you are well clever and can join our club! ( or at least be one of the 5,000 they reject for every job that is offered....)
Thracian Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Wonderful ..... nothing could be more appropriate from that lot!
Webbo Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Apparently when you colour in the squares it spells out the word "BOOBS".
Danizen Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 It's not actually that difficult. Just incredibly time-consuming. It would take a few hours just to figure out where to start.
StanSP Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Piece of piss. I won't reveal the answer on here in case people want to have a go.
cambridgefox Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Cracked it!is that one of those Brimstone Missiles we use on IS
Frank to be Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Started doing it this morning but had to leave it after quarter of an hour. There are some easy rows and columns and once you get them in it all starts coming together. I think I could have completed it in about 60 minutes.

Xen Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Was working on it for about 45 minutes and ALMOST completed it, but I had a couple squares that didnt add up at the end. I know exactly where I went wrong - my eyes wandered and I coloured in a square on the wrong row. I'll be fvcked if I can figure out where it is though . Much easier to start again with the squares I know to be correct already in place. Shouldn't take more than 20 mins to finish from that point - the time consumng bit is colouring it all in... For those wondering... Its a QR code
