Of course this isn't my money, however it is more about keeping our integrity. Look at a team like Bayern Munich and their transfer policy, which does not involve paying disgusting amounts of money. We've made it to the place we are at without applying the transfer tactics of the "top 6" of England.

But he's not been anywhere near as spectacular this season for West Ham. Thought he looked better last season. Since his run of clean sheets, he's dropped a few clangers that's cost them. Kasper has made very few high-profile mistakes this season, and even less resulting in goals. As Babs already mentioned, I was commenting on the comparison of Totti and Cambiasso. Said Cambiasso would struggle to get into the team now (one season later, not two), just like Inler. Col doesn't even disagree with me, but still feels he needs another swipe at Cambiasso. It's ridiculous. would be well up for signing one of the clangers

I'm not even sure we'll spend the money to get someone like Coleman either. He'll be upwards of £20million now too. With so much money available to all PL clubs next season, the days of selling clubs has gone. At least for reasons of necessity anyway. It'll be the players that become ever more powerful in pushing for moves with clubs just holding fast until they their over-inflated values are met. It's already impossible to buy cheap British players with any pedigree, I can see this extending to players in the PL regardless of nationality. Expect even more overseas signings, especially considering the success we've had in finding some of our stand out performers.

But collectively they just don't work. I've thought for example that Veretout has much more to offer than he does at Villa. He turned us down though didn't he so he can sod off.
