I'm not sure if there is a thread for this already

But has anyone any idea if the Club will organise a Big screen at the KP for this ?

When was the last time anyone heard of a beam back happening for a PL game? Surely there are issues surrounding broadcast rights?

There is, and you even posted on it.

Not to worry, this season's driving us all a bit crazy.

The club could put in a request to do it, but if the game is on Sky then it won't be possible as it would infringe their broadcasting rights

as If I remember rightly QPR tried to do it for the away game at Man City final game of the season but got denied as it was on Sky Sports

Just get Top to illegally stream it and everyone can half-watch a game with Italian commentary and loads of porn ads.

Broadcasting rights are now more strenuous than past seasons like '03-'04, so will probably be difficult for club to arrange something like this.

Better in the pub anyway imo.

I don't like taking my kids in the pub when footie is on big games on TV in pubs is no place for kids , just my own opinion

I'm still hoping for a ticket , I'm tempted to go in hospitality at Chelsea , but if not I'm just trying to figure if the club could show on a screen

They have sky licence I'm sure so maybe they could show in one of the large rooms etc....

Beaming back a fixture to potentially show a team coming fourth ...

Think some of you guys need to take a reality check as not sure if you know but we still have 7 games to go and we might not win any of them

We have got this far without getting ahead of ourselves so why change now ?

It'll never happen.

Sky will want those not going to be paying customers.

Still an absolutely phenomenal achievement.

My thoughts too, although Man City had a giant screen at the Etihad in their fan zone but for their FA cup win the other year, charged a fiver a person to get in as someone I know went. That's different though as this is the premier league, not BBC or whoever had the rights to that cup year.

They're almost sold out of that too... I'm flying in from US for match -- I checked in on hospitality but ended up going a different route.

Can we not apply for a licence to show sky sports on a big screen at the KP in the same way pubs do? I can't see how the venue and placement of the viewing screen should make any difference. A public broadcast is a public broadcast.

It has to actually be on sky sports first of course.
