LCFCtotheprem Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Two of our best players this year and the only chant we have for them is the yaya/kolo toure chant. Come on we have had mahrez for nearly 2 and a half years now and doesn't have a chant that gets going. Suggestions below...
Fox42 Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 N'Golo Kante, N'Golo Kante, N'Golo Kanteeeeeeeee, N'Golo Kante

KFS Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Except it's not. Mahrez has Zombie Nation and N'Golo has 'His name's N'Golo Kante'. Both brilliant chants, a mystery when they never catch on.
Voll Blau Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Both brilliant chants, a mystery when they never catch on. Zombie Nation does all the time home and away, and has done for the best part of two years now. Not sure where the OP's been during that time? It's far more popular than the Yaya/Kolo rip-off. N'Golo is catching more and more at home games, mostly just the 'lalalas' as would be expected though.

The worst thing about it is that people fall into calling the boy "Golo" just to rip off something they've seen on Ladbible

I've been in the kop and even though both are good chants, neither have seemed to catch on all throughout the lop and elsewhere yet
Voll Blau Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 I've been in the kop and even though both are good chants, neither have seemed to catch on all throughout the lop and elsewhere yet You must be in a different Kop to me then. Zombie Nation has been sung far more in the past two years, home and away, by more more people, than the rip-off.

I am nearly the other end of the kop to you, but zombie nation never gets started where I am, it's always the rip off one unfortunately. Anyway, don't you think mahrez deserves a better chant than the zombie nation one?

Swarles Barkley Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 He's ****ing everywhere Ngololololo ngololololololo Here, there and everywhere Ngololololo ngololololololo To "sweat'- inner circle
C-man Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Zombie Nation Riyad Mahrez one is absolutely class. Anyone who was at Burnley away in promotion winning season could tell you that. 'His name's N'Golo Kanté' also up there in our best 3 chants. Probably will take off more now Newcastle singing that tune on Mitrovic. People just need to take the time to learn the words, like with every song.
PhillippaT Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 He's ****ing everywhere Ngololololo ngololololololo Here, there and everywhere Ngololololo ngololololololo To "sweat'- inner circle I dunno why but I read that and immediately thought of the gummi bears theme song... Not sure if that'd work for a chant though...?
gdl9050 Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 For me we need a better Ranieri one. It's just a complete copy of Man city's mancini song
The_77 Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Another thread here to convince everyone that the "His Name's N'Golo Kante" chant is class.

Fox92 Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Every 'City' club sing that 'he came from Italy' song. Hull do it for Hernandez.
Dan Posted 5 April 2016 Posted 5 April 2016 Every 'City' club sing that 'he came from Italy' song. Hull do it for Hernandez. What the Uruguayan I do know they got him off Palermo but meh. I'm just picking for the sake of it.
