Bluetintedspecs Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 There's always the 'twitchy arse brigade' to piss on your chips yes I know it's feasible but really guys? Chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarge
ARM1968 Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 Asked my wife to knock one out last night. Didn't go well. I ended up having to.
artursteppe Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 This is still far from over. The pressure on us now becomes something different. The last points are often the hardest to get and sport is full of plucky losers and runners up who didn't have quite enough to cross the line. One win sounds easy but it won't be. Spurs are like a cornered animal now with nothing to lose. It is all about how both sets of players react now. Will ours finally get nervous? Can Spurs react in the sort of positive way we did against west Ham in those last few minutes? Still all to play for. We are in a great position but to all those who think it's done it isn't. Spurs ain't in the Champions League yet are they?
Culletonfox Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 We need to stay calm, do what we do, nothing different, plough on regardless, keep our heads....but also give Filbert ten minutes as a sub Claudio has finished 2nd on many occasions and has learnt how to deal with these situations. Doesn't matter what the fans think or feel, he is in control and the players are focused. Try not to worry.
Babylon Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 Until it's mathematically done and dusted, I won't be getting ahead of myself. Just as I didn't chuck the towel in last year when we looked gone. We're in an amazing position and it feels bloody great this morning.
cambridgefox Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 Just had a Spurs mate ring up to congratulate me.Told him to call me back when we win it. Him and his mates said it was finished now. They missed their train and ended up getting the train that stops at every station.Got in at 1.He said his day was the stuff of nightmares.

Bluetintedspecs Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 Of course... how can I not be exited, but I just can't let go until it's done! I know,I think we will be crowned Monday night if we don't win at Old Trafford so hopefully not a torturous wait
ARM1968 Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 I really think we will at Man Utd. It is written in the Stars. Just like Jamie's record.
katieakita Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 It's a Leicester City fans right to feel nervous years of experience have told us that but this is different, this is a very different team and set up, we have never seen a Leicester time as good as this ever. The title will be won by the best team over the season not teams having an off day, this weekend has summed up our challenge, Swansea were not bad but once we stepped up a gear we were different class our performance and Spurs last night were poles apart, We are more than capable of getting 3 points from 3 games, what i cannot see is Spurs keeping up the pressure, with last nights result they really need to win all 3 and i just did not see that last night, great team and they are they really went down last night and from the start of the 2nd half it was WBA and once the scores were level Spurs hardly lifted their game to try and win it. We will keep going Spurs look shot they lose on Monday and all of a sudden they will have teams right behind them.

Good post. West Brom getting a draw was huge for us but we could lose against Man Utd and Spurs win at Chelsea. Then all of a sudden it doesn't look so easy. We would need to win one of our last two games and if we didn't beat Everton everyone could see how it all could go wrong. The biggest game next weekend isn't us against Man Utd but Chelsea vs Tottenham. If Spurs win that then it looks a hell of a lot tougher for us.
Gerard Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 Anybody thinking the team they saw two days ago, the same team that's lost just three times to two sides all season, is suddenly going to fall apart hasn't been paying attention. Stop your mithering and enjoy the end to the greatest season in our history. I don't think anyone believes we're not going to win the title from here but anyone who thinks this is all over bar the shouting is a fool. There's still some blood, sweat and tears to be shed before this is confirmed.
bluefox9er Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 chelsea will let us win so yeah its all over yessssssssssssssssssss No. they won't.
bluefox9er Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 If alli is banned I can not see them winning at Chelsea. Mason is a poor replacement this is spurs. the will probably hold the hearing after the euros...if indeed, they even decide to have hearing.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 Don't like celebrating early... 3 points still neededThisWe have a job to do Let's finish this Up the Foxes
Socks Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 Go for it at Old trafford But I just got this feeling Chelski will peel the spuds at the bridge on Monday night So think about this STAN COLLYMORE - If Chelski do turn up on Monday and Beat Spurs, are they bringing the game into disrepute by winning the game which lets us become Champions ??

Kitchandro Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 I'm certainly not celebrating yet. In all seriousness, clichés aside, you never know in football. But this team is so good and so professional. It's normal to be cautious but I just can't see them fvcking it up.
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 The fat lady isn't singing but she's got the microphone in her hand. That's not the microphone
Socks Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 That's not the microphone Its the purple headed microphone
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 NEVER count your chickens etc. We still have a big job to do yet, so let's go for the jugular.
Mark_from_USA Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 I see you haven't got a 'like' for your eminently realistic post. Well your post nails it - the difference between Spurs and City is - focus, strength of purpose, strength of character, team cohesiveness and the lesson all soldiers learn when they've been on the back foot - as last season proved - tenacity. All those teams which thought money could buy success forgot about creating real teams/squads. No fluke that Arsenal, the Mans and Chelsea have all failed. It's not about City's flukiness - it's about a proper team with truly brilliant individuals having welded themselves into an indomitable force. This isn't a one-off abberation (it certainly should not be allowed to be). The pass-the-manager, money-bags mentality has failed because one team, by design and necessity, circumvented the accepted way to success. All the better for football - if it lasts. Great description. We have the quality and the team spirit. Having both and a manager who knew what to do with it has resulted in the outcome nobody expected - Leicester at the top of the Premier League.
jim5000 Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 If you're gonna win the Premier league, there really is no better place than doing it at Old Trafford. Out with the old, in with the new!!! Still, Utd are actually fighting for 4th, so the 3 points aint in the bag yet!
