Vacamion Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Earlier this season, Hibs were in the Scottish League Cup final. Their winner's parade was organised and photos appeared online of crowd barriers being erected around their ground in readiness during the game. They lost in the last minute. Let's not be infamous like that, but at the same time, let's not forget we're the best team in this league and we are almost certainly going to win it.
johnny the fox Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Thank you sir....but its not over just yet....
Stevosevic Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 It's not over yet. Let's get the job done on Sunday
foxes_rule1978 Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Don't like celebrating early... 3 points still needed
TrentFox Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Liking the common sense on here. Still a lot to do. None of our last three are 'gimmes'. The two always could easily be lost. Easily. Then rhwre is zero room for week against Toffees. We need a point at OT. Three draws might yet be the way home.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Hope we do it on our own results and not through Spurs dropping points. But can't complain either way!
Manwell Pablo Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Chelsea please beat Spurs next Monday! I'd take that obviously, would much prefer beating Man U and getting on it bank holiday than winning it on a Monday night.
gdl9050 Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 If alli is banned I can not see them winning at Chelsea. Mason is a poor replacement
yorkie1999 Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Not singing yet. But shes humming a fvckin good tune
CFCFAN1 Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 In a way I'd like Chelsea to have the pleasure of finally killing Spurs dreams. We would like that honour, Webbo
holyfox Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Congrats to you guys. Well deserved. Held your nerve well when others thought you'd melt. Me included if I'm honest. Enjoy the last few games of the season, you've played a blinder Cheers mate. Not over yet, but our lads have been through this pressure two years running before this, so I think they are handling it just right. You guys play some cracking football by the way.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 32 hours ago we needed 2 points per game - title form Now we need 1 point per game - relegation form It's not over but what a couple of days. Incredible.
ScouseFox Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 32 hours ago we needed 2 points per game - title form Now we need 1 point per game - relegation form It's not over but what a couple of days. Incredible. are you the fat lady
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 32 hours ago we needed 2 points per game - title form Now we need 1 point per game - relegation form It's not over but what a couple of days. Incredible. Exactly, I'm more confident now than i was prior to the Swansea game.
Dan Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 The fat lady isn't singing but she's got the microphone in her hand.
UPinCarolina Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Just waiting for the lights to come down at this point.
Les-TA-Jon Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 We don't need 3 points. It's happening! Any combination of 3 points gained by us and/or lost by Spurs and we've won the league. If Spurs lose one game we win the league If we win one game we win the league If Spurs draw one game and we draw one game we win the league Etc etc We could win the league whilst losing the final 3 of Spurs lose again.
4everfox Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Game over. The title is ours. If Spurs so much as draw another game then they would have won the title for us. They play Chelsea next week and I expect them to get some sort of result, I just hope we can beat Man United so we don't have to wait until Monday night. Its back to work Tuesday and I can't afford a sick day due to hangover, its better to be hanging on bank holiday Monday.
Tuna Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Dilly Ding, Dilly Dong, one more performance, another 3 points please you mighty foxes!
4everfox Posted 25 April 2016 Posted 25 April 2016 Sod it, I'm so happy every post on this page is getting liked.
STUHILL Posted 26 April 2016 Posted 26 April 2016 Still work to do and against some dangerous sides. Even Everton on paper have a cracking team and if they suddenly have a good day, they could be very difficult to beat. Man U we know are finding form and even Chelsea will not hand it to us. 3 very tough games on paper. Have full confidence we can get a win though but have to be on it. Hopefully Chelsea can beat Spurs Monday night and it is set up to be a great game. If Alli gets banned which he 100% should do, and Dier is injured, then that could really deflate Spurs so we might not even need another win. Would be great to do it in style though and beat the team I've hated for years in the process at the weekend then massive celebration home against Everton
