Has anybody else had nothing I've had letters for my ticket and one of my sons but not the other. Going to have to call them as I don't trust them not to fu ck it up!

I can confirm this also, having renewed mine recently. All existing ST holders, keep hold of your current ST cards because they're the ones you'll be using next season.

stripeyfox Posted 11 May 2016 Posted 11 May 2016 I've had letters for my ticket and one of my sons but not the other. Going to have to call them as I don't trust them not to fu ck it up! Well, I don't know how they managed it but my other son's letter turned up at my dad's house. Whilst they share the same name, my Dad moved to his new house in the last couple of years, and to the best of my - and his knowledge, he has never had any contact with LCFC, much less given them his address details! His card arrived at MY house last year so I don't understand how they have done it. Not that it matters - but it makes you wonder about the mailing database!

Used to have one but haven't been able to for last few seasons because of work so have been a member and managed to get to most games but I doubt I will be able to get a season ticket through membership. Long shot I know but is anyone not renewing?

The letter deals specifically with the DD details and guarantee etc, so would make sense you've not received one if you're not on DD
