ST20 Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 Not keen, too much of a journeyman and has a bad attitude.
MPH Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 Was pretty decent before he went to Dortmund but went back to Torino on loan because he couldn't cut it in the bundeslega.... In addition to his offensive capabilities, he is also a hard-working player, known for his willingness to chase down the ball and press opponents when not in possession.[58]
Swiper Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 Good finisher. I think he could have survived in the Bundesliga but that was right around the time that Aubameyang started absolutely tearing it up. Immobile became more of a late sub kind of guy. Depending on price, he would be an interesting piece. 22 goals in 33 games for Torino in 2014/15.

mozartfox Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 If he is that good may be Kloppers will come in for him?
BigWesMorgan Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 Sort of player I would have taken at the start of last season. Not now though
FoxInTheBirstallBox Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 Immobile openly criticised Klopp, so I doubt it. Really? Sign him up
MC Prussian Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 Immobile openly criticised Klopp, so I doubt it. From what I gather, he criticised many things at Dortmund, not just Klopp: The lack of support or social interactions from his teammates, the lack of support from the club (in terms of helping to adapt to the new surroundings, learning the language), Klopp's training methods and the standard of play in Germany in general. All those accusations were made in El País last autumn and we don't know how much of it got lost in translation and how one-sided the criticism was really meant to be.

Well other people have criticised Immobile for his attitude, so I know how I see it.
ST20 Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 Don't know any Dortmund fans, but do have a friend who's Italian and follows Torino. His views make decent reading....Says Immobile would be a perfect fit for a PL team with a high work ethic ! We have Shinji for work ethic though. Immobile hasn't been in goal scoring form for about 3 years now.
LCFC1996 Posted 31 May 2016 Posted 31 May 2016 Would be a great signing imo, fits perfectly into what we are as team, seen a lot of him over the last few years and even when he's been out of form he's a worker.
