The other changes I can live with. Even taking into account how poor all our other players were this makes no sense because some of his passing was absolutely woeful, especially against Wales. His erratic long balls forward, especially in his failed attempts to find Vardy with acres of space ahead of him, make it even more of a joke that Drinkwater is at home.

Are you forgetting who his midfield partner was? He's playing alongside 2 players essentially in Kante. We will see how good he is next season alongside mendy

Henderson is nothing more than average. To have left him out of the England squad for Drinkwater is a complete joke and a decision made purely on the colour of shirts they wear each week.
