Guest CityFan 06 Posted 13 July 2016 Posted 13 July 2016 what biscuits do we dunk though man so many choices Shortbread I love. Digestives, Rich Tea. The list goes on....
Sharpe's Fox Posted 13 July 2016 Posted 13 July 2016 @@Webbo gets it right. Gingernut is too harsh and hard on its own but dunks like a dream.
StanSP Posted 13 July 2016 Posted 13 July 2016 chocolate chip cookies or chocolate bourbons to dip in if I can be bothered. Usually just have tea on its own.
Guest Col city fan Posted 13 July 2016 Posted 13 July 2016 Classic Digestive or Rich Tea. The old reliables. Don't dunk rich tea! Have you not seen the Peter Kay sketch. Hobnobs is what you want to dunk..
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 13 July 2016 Posted 13 July 2016 I often find Oaties Biscuits go excellently well with a cuppa of tea.
Jattdogg Posted 13 July 2016 Posted 13 July 2016 who the **** dunks in their tea The key to dunking in tea is to have 2 cups. One for the biscuit dunking, One for drinking. See the dunked cup will have broken biscuit peices in it and well.....you just cant drink that.
Dan Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 Yorkshire Gold. Teabag in Water in Stews Teabag out Stir Tip in milk whilst it spins as if I'm a pro No sugar - probably my one good habit
leicsmac Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 Don't dunk rich tea! Have you not seen the Peter Kay sketch. Hobnobs is what you want to dunk.. Peter Kay being a terrible exponent of the horrendous art of "cringe comedy" aside, the point is valid. Digestives or Hobnobs it is, then.
Finnaldo Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 Tell me more about for Pumpkins Spiced Iced Milk Frapuccino then Finners
Nick Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 I had two PG pyramid bags in a huge Starbucks mug with milk and three sugars this morning. Nice.

Guest Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 I don't drink tea - too perfumed. My wife drinks mainly Rooibos and my son is an Earl Grey drinker.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 I can recommend Yorkshire Tea - Hard Water. Not sure if it depends on your area's water supply in terms of how it brews/tastes like, but where I'm located, it makes a lovely cup of tea. It's stronger and takes some getting used to I think, which is why I alternate between Tetley & Yorkshire. It feels like you've had a proper cuppa and one of the best attributes about Yorkshire Tea Hard Water is the way it brews. I do not have to leave the teabag in as long as Tetley but still get a nice result. Both great for me though.
Webbo Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 When we'd not been married long, my mother in law had a job distributing free samples. She gave us a stack of Yorkshire Tea, soft water tea bags, it must have been 6 month's supply. I didn't really notice much difference.
Buce Posted 14 July 2016 Posted 14 July 2016 Tea is a vile drink. I wouldn't drink it if I was dying of thirst.
