Dan Posted 16 July 2016 Posted 16 July 2016 I've got complete faith in Mendy to be a success here and I'm totally behind him. However, I said it at the time - they wanted Mendy as well as Kante, and I don't see him as a direct replacement for Kante. They're different types of player.
