It's all stemming from one person, whose information as I said earlier has been sketchy at best. All the stuff coming out of Portugal in their national press was nothing near that fee. So lets not take it as gospel, we'll find out eventually as they have to release it... but it's the word of one man at the moment and it's just spreading about as it's more of a story.
