dorsetboy Posted 23 October 2016 Posted 23 October 2016 excellent team selection today and for me one of the key changes was dropping drinky into the kante role and king playing the drinky role . danny is so much better than amartey in this role and we did seem a little more solid and i think in jan we will go back in for the portuguese lad silva who will replace king and drinky will be our new kante

tyfox Posted 23 October 2016 Posted 23 October 2016 We managed to keep sustained pressure on them and built from there with less long balls and I liked the effect mahrez had when drifting more central. Onwards and upwards. Looking forward to spurs now

I think shinji could do a job as cover there too, he looks alot stronger this season. Armartey will eventually come good, I think it's just a little to soon to fill big boots for him.
foxy boxing Posted 23 October 2016 Posted 23 October 2016 Great performance,it was great to see shinji score always plays with a massive smile on his face and had a great game for us and hopefully that will continue ,good to see musa get off the mark and hopefully he will continue to contribute more throughout the season, just needs to work on his work rate and application and he will be a great player for us. What a goal by Fuchs so pleased to see him score his first goal for us and he has been consistently one of the best left backs in the league. We still need to be defensively tighter but as long as we have the attacking ability it will hopefully not be too much of a problem. All round great performance now let's keep it up
