I am a little bit scared about doing this, but I have been doing it every five games since the beginning of the season. So, you know what to do: vote and then give your reason below.

Previous results are shown below (we really were so optimistic at the beginning of the season :():

I think Sunderland are done. Whether they end up bottom or 19th is debatable.

I think Palace have shot it too to be honest, far too many new big money players and not actually a lot of quality signed for the outlay.

Hull although improving remain inconsistent.

I'd say it's a shootout between Us, Hull and Boro.... my only crumb of comfort is that Boro look like they're sliding down fast and their manager has a habit of spitting his dummy out when things don't go right, rather than trying to fix them.

I think Swansea are on an upward curve now and similarly Bournemouth have too many goals in them to go down, they also like to turn up against the big teams so could probably end up bagging a result at City!

18th is for me the right place. We will need a miracle to not go down. Newcastle or Villa come to my mind.

As much as last season was probably the biggest achievement in football history, this season could be its biggest fvck up ever.

I think that 18th is a possibility but I am not sure that we need a miracle not to go down (there are other things happening around us that might help). I think I agree with @AjcW in what he says below. I think Sunderland and Palace are not getting out of it. I think it will be one of us, Hull and 'Boro. I think it will be 16th-18th.

Pretty much how I see it too. Swansea could slip back in, but I think they'll be safe with a couple of games left.

If I had to put a bet on right now i'd go with Sunderland, Palace and ourselves, things can always change though of course.

I think 38 points will be the magic number this year. We'd be lucky to pick up 3 at the moment, but, on paper, we have the games to get 18-22 points if we show any kind of spirit, desire and fight.

Yeah, Palace and Sunderland are pretty much finished. But I'm sure that if things stay as they are, we will not win any other game this season, bar Hull at home. Maybe. It's just getting worse game after game.We are the worst PL team without any possible contest. Players are mentally rock bottom.  Any goal conceded and it's a guaranteed meltdown.

Ranieri doesn't seem to get it around. He speaks too much (same crap every week) and does too little. He promised to be ruthless from now on, we'll see the line up and the set-up  against Liverpool. I don't give a toss about the the game against Millwall. As meaningful as the "win" against Derby's reserve.

Fat Sam will not go down, so at least 2 places up for grabs. Sunderland should really go. Hull and Swansea look decent. Boro can at least defend.

Unless we sack Claudio we will be bottom by a long way I feel.

Really want to put 17th, even if we stay up via a last minute winner in the last game of the season.

However, I think Hull, Palace and Sunderland would all beat us if we played them tomorrow.

I put 18th. Unless we change the manager now, I can't see us turning it around.

Don't agree Palace are doomed. They'll sort it in the end I think.

They showed promising signs defensively at Stoke, only lost 1-0 but certainly look a lot better than us.

To be honest I think we would struggle to beat most league 2 teams at present.

I put 18th - under no illusions that we are in an extremely precarious position, and I just don't see what can trigger the turnaround.

Bottom, all optimism (clearly blind optimism) has been ripped away by recent performances.I expected a response yesterday after all the stick the team had taken in the last week in the media, surely personal pride will finally kick in I tell myself, but no I am clearly a deluded fool.

And this time next week I will be on the way to Seville to see this rabble let me down again.I joked with friends after the Chelsea defeat that we should forget there is a game on in Seville and just spend 4 days in Fuengirola, maybe not such a bad idea.

Leicester,Sunderland with Hull and Middlesborough fighting for the last place.
