Did anyone know he was going to essentially give up and stop making those runs that brought him so much last season? Present people with this seasons Vardy last summer and not many would agree with his pay rise and would be saying rinse arsenal for all they can get. Changing your views in proportion to the evidence is perfectly reasonable (of course that only works when people are capable of admitting they were wrong )

In the summer Vardy had just scored 24 goals in a championship winning season. Right now he is playing appallingly and seemingly can't be arsed in a poor side. It is possible to have thought it best he stayed in the summer and to think it's best he goes now, and still be right on both occasions. And to think, you accused people on here recently of being incapable of "lateral thinking". Life doesn't progress in straight lines. I think the article is likely to be badly translated bollocks, by the way.
