He's the only player I could imagine would try to cause some form of controversy.

The others seem an honest bunch.

Ffs.

On what basis?

You have no idea about the true character of these people anymore than I do.

Do you?

Simpson is an utter scumbag we do know that,  which scuppers your argument that all but Vardy are honest !

Wouldn't surprise me I reckon he has had his nose put out by Slimani the £30m striker,he sees himself as No 1 after last season and don't like it.Mahrez takes Slimanis side and hey ho we have a split in the camp.Obviously I don't know Vardy but I reckon he could be a right poisonous little b*****d.

By your own admission you don't know Vardy.

**** me.... this bullshit thread is like a bunch of gossiping washer women with nothing better to do.

The Italian media print some shite and the puppets dance. Actually, more like lemmings going in all sorts of mental directions.

We dont know if its true for starters. Vardy lacked confidence when he joined us and feels sorry for himself. This is a man who contemplated retirement FFS!! To me he is out of form and needs a goal or two to get back that belief that took him on that goal rush last season. All this Italian press stuff is bollocks IMO and more speculation that allows the loons of the world to get excited.

The split is between Ranieri and shaley.

The English players and Kasper have gone down the side of shakey. Ranieri being stubborn will not budge or compromise - not that I think he should.

Also slimani, Mendy and musa not lived up to expectations and Ranieri is trying to show they weren't his choices and wants more say in transfer dealings.

On what idea etc are they split? On what won't Ranieri budge?

Not having Mendy isn't a Ranieri pick. We know very well he worked with him before. We know we bid on Kante first and as soon as Ranieri arrived we bid on Mendy. He then needed convincing to actually go for Kante by Walsh.

Totally agree with you. The owner has I believe done so much for the club and look how he has been repaid. The player s have no respect for the owners or CR especially this season if we do go down the high paid players wages will be cut by 40% they will not take a wage cut they will leave. But it's down to them why we're in this position.

"Look how he has been repaid"...

King power has had more advertising and media coverage in the past 12 months, then he would have budgeted for in the next 5 years.

Every media service in the developed world carried stories about the 5000-1 shot wining the league, The King Power logo has been on every TV and in every newspaper across the world for months and add to that the ONGOING champions league coverage.

I have no doubt that their ROI has been 5x, even 10x what they hoped for and 20x what they actually expected.

Im sure that our owners will not be unhappy with their investment, as football fans im sure they are disappointed by the results this year, but, credit to them, they are standing by a man who has helped bring them more success than they wouldve ever imagined.

You don't know?

Hes been convicted of assault on his partner / wife (in front of their young child?) for one reason. I'm not sure if there are other offences, but that's good enough for me to justify my comments.

Interesting concern re relegation

would some of the players be better off if we are relegated?

not in respect of relegation clauses in their contracts but re the  fact that they will find it much  easier to get a move away (which always means a payday for them and their agent)

riyad is most likely going in the summer but most of the others will expect to be here next august. Do they really want to be? If we stay up, what are the chances that the club would allow them to go elsewhere??

Drinkwater, Vardy, slimani to name three. There may well be more. Have their agents told them that it doesn't matter if we go down. That their personal situation may actually be better if we do. How does that play with their subconscious on match day or indeed the whole time? it's very complicated but it's a possible reason why we are getting worse performances the further we get into the campaign.

Wonder how next Wednesday will pan out because a good performance in the CL will be of importance to these guys' future when it comes to their next club.

A day after the conviction of Simpson, who formerly dated The X Factor star Tulisa Contostavlos, Miss Ward insisted he had not attacked her and claimed he was ‘a good man’.
