Jon the Hat Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 I doubt May will resign, Boris someone will have to push her.
Jon the Hat Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 It is clear that Theresa May does not have what it takes to win an election outright. She has to go. What a mess.
Guesty Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 Be interesting seeing if all the Labour backbenchers who wanted nothing to do with Corbyn now start coming out of the woodwork.
Hollism Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 Rudd clings on. Why have 3 recounts when there was a 350 vote difference? 1 recount, yeah..
Nalis Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 Would rather have a Tory majority than the DUP in as part of a coalition. The DUP are a fvcking joke, complete bible bashers with the most backwards policies ever. For those not that familiar with their policies with the exception of unionism, google them and have a decent box of popcorn at the ready.

They are about to become a very important part of British politics and very powerful. At least the union is safe for 5 years.
Livid Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 What an absolute mess!! A government likely to be formed with a party whos MP's are elected on a purely sectarian vote repulses me. God knows what the DUP are going to be asking for.
Vacamion Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 Holy smoke. I went to bed thinking the Scottish part of the exit poll was a load of bollocks. Indyref now has to be off the table. Either that or call it, run it, lose it and forget it... The SNP MP in my constituency has been booted for a Tory. Over the whole UK? Chaos...

m4DD0gg Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 What a total fecking mess and farce this country is in. You have to be some sort of retard to not be able to beat corbyn by a majority. Bet ISIS are laughing their heads off at the potential easy pickings in the months to come.

Webbo Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 What a disaster. I've been fearing something like this for the last 3 or 4 weeks. Can't see how May can stay on now. Brexit looks fvcked now as well.
deejdeej Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 How embarrassing for Theresa and fully deserved after a downright shambles of a campaign. Corbyn has gained so much respect in the last few weeks it's incredible. Although I'm disappointed it'll still be a Tory at no.10 at least it won't be that useless git for much longer.

We don't have time for another election before BREXIT negotiations start, but i suppose we will have one in the Autumn. I can see a decent new leader with a softer Brexit plan and a more positive manifesto getting a majority.

Vacamion Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 If there is one saving grace, it now looks like a campaign of refusing to engage with the electorate, repeating slogans and appearing in warehouses surrounded by your mates is probably not going to happen again.
Webbo Posted 9 June 2017 Posted 9 June 2017 Fair play to Corbyn btw. I still think he's an evil cont but he ran a good campaign.
