Given it was discussed on a FCC to which they are recorded minutes, I think I am okay in saying it is going to be from the top of the rows working downwards. Basically what they did at Old Trafford - Alan Dawson used to be Man U and that's largely off his bat. Not sure how they dealt with relocations but it will follow a similar pattern.

He seems more competent just by virtue of having a football background, compared to his predecessor

Should be -  but it's like saying we're signing a new winger, sounds exciting but it turns out to be Joe Aribo

Yes, I know guys who have been campaigning for this through N Block days, Fosse Boys and now UFS.

Attitudes have come a long way from the first couple of posts in this thread.

That said there are big worries on the roll of of the move out/in process or possible lack off.
Plus the locations and actual rails used.

I know this is only my ears but I heard all around me, all at a fans night and the feedback off a stand manager all being in support of one certain style of rail. Yet we are going for the basic budget model.

Is it bad I would actually take Aribo over a few of our wingers

Interested to see the take up now its in realisation but I don't think the fanbase have helped themselves by having minimal input into consultation.

I understand why people believe the club will ignore etc but they did a survey which had significant numbers supporting it and got louder externally about it. Then you might get the bait of larger media sources using it has an illustration that the club aren't listening to the fanbase. If we'd have been foreright in this is what we want, rail style, size of terracing etc etc.

Looks like there is a location in SK1 which is already part of the singing section? Tick

What are the different types of rails, and what's the implications being able to stand? IS it the material/quality that are more inferior

It should be exciting and I really hope it it is - but I can't shake the feeling they'll roll it out in the most KPFC fashion

In my experience from a logistical point of view, the cheap rail in front of the seat effectively narrows the row and as seen at Villa Park/Portman Road this season, it becomes an accessibility issue and dangerous. The more expensive, slot/lock seat in situ mean that the row doesn't narrow and people can pass through easier.

How would it pass the EHS red tape in this country if it wasn't safe? Just a question not a criticism.

The Safety Advisory Groups see the situation as the better of two evils because the other option is fans standing in seating areas without a rail. Ie. the risk of fall is more detrimental than clubs managing accessibility better. Means Stewards cant just stand there like robots and actually assist

If they're going for the cheap option it would be nice to know it's because they're still going ahead with the expansion and therefore don't want to waste money and time on something that will not be in use for long.

Would the safe standing area change if expansion went ahead?

We had to do this. We didn’t want to. We did as little as possible. We listened. FAB. FNQ.

So lets get this right they want you to renew in a period from 18th March to  April 9th doesn't tell you how much it is to renew, F**k that they should give you longer don't know what division we will be in but it will most likely be the championship.

Yep it has, just got the email.

Seems like prices will be out very soon, the email continues to say renewals start from 18th March.
