Cant wait tomorrow lads, back on the booze.  Might do a walk to Ruddington with Lucious Singh the Bastard Dog, boozers are pet friendly.  Then Tram into town for a few.

We allowed to talk 0.0% here? Finally gave in and tried Leffe 0.0 the other day in an attempt to cut down on the alcohol intake.

Usually dead sceptical of alcohol-free as Becks Blue etc have tasted rank, but this was fvcking glorious. Loved every drop of it.

Was in Calais to watch our friendly in August, stopped at a supermarket in a rush bought four crates of leffe.  It was only when I got home I realised this stuff is 9%.  Small bottles too, talk about blow your socks off it's lethal.

Had my first pint in Ruddington, tasted shit, second taste better.  The Bastard Dog's dinner time, so walking back home.  Drop him off and get off to town.  Happy Days

Not very adventurous but I’m a big fan of the Jubel’s that are cut with Peach or Lemon. A really easy drink.

Off to Two Tailed Lion pre match today, it’s been a while.

Does anyone know any pubs that do carling premier on tap? Can’t stand normal carling but premier was class back in the day. Want one for nostalgic reasons.

Kid in a sweet shop Saturday. Stokey N, Islington or Kentish Tn? Where should we have look?

Some good news from Birmingham. The Woodman is back open and despite its proximity to the Birmingham City Uni; they’ve kept it in its original decor. Bit off the beaten track from your normal choices in Brum but you could then head down Digbeth from there

They have Bass on permanently there, becoming a rare find.

Haven't been in there since it was the Polar Bear. It's forever been a bit run down. Thought it was still part of a pub group, mind - sounds like they haven't invested much in it.

It's a very old building so can't say i'm surprised. That rain was not normal.

Canonbury another option..   Not been in too many Stokey pubs but heard good things about the area. Kentish Town is worth the effort I feel, Tapping the Admiral is a good option as is the Grafton (but a bit pricey/luxurious). Others have raved about the Pineapple but I've not had the pleasure.
