Generally voted 5's apart from Kasper, Morgan and Albrighton as I thought they were all poor. Silva 7, MOTM. Thought Choudray was okay when he came on and Gray too, Gray put the best cross of the game in.

I'd pretty much agree with that, though would rate many a bit higher then 5. I'd also say Kasp deserved a 6 and Silva deserved an 8 for his best display for us (at last !):-

Schmeichel - 6 (made a couple of important saves)

Simpson - 6

Morgan -  4 (he has got to be dropped - he is past it now)

Maguire - 5 (worst game for a while)

Chilwell - 6

Mahrez - 6

Iborra - 5 (not his best, perhaps he was 'carrying' the hamstring injury he eventually went off with)

Silva - 8 (MotM - looked back to his Portugal national team form in the second half, with Choudhury doing the defensive 'legwork' Ndidi normally does)

Albrighton - 5 (so hot and cold these days - cold yesterday !)

Diabate - 6

Vardy - 6

Choudhury - 7 (much more effective than Iborra - he does look a bit of a prospect as a defensive midfielder - possibly making King and James moves likely)

Okazaki - 7 (he did make a difference when he came on - but he has looked out of sorts when starting recently)

Gray - 7 (he looks a threat whenever he comes on - but can't seem to do that when starting)

Puel - 7 (he had to give that starting lineup a go - even though it didn't work - but did make the right substitutions)

Choudhury my MOTM with a 7. Really liked the look of him- did his job defensively with ease, zipped his passes around with confidence. Impressive, and looks like he could make the grade at this level.

Morgan was poor, in my eyes. His hesitation and indecisiveness cost us on both goals.

All forward players were pretty ineffective, with Albrighton being the worst of the bunch- had a real off day.

Just a bad day at the office all round.

Silva (after a slightly shaky start) and Choudhury both played well but other than those two  (both 7s) no one else deserved more than 5. Albrighton's crossing gets worse every game (a 3 for him) and so many moves end with him or Chilwell (a 4) pinging the ball in aimlessly from the flanks - invariably into the keeper' hands or out of play.

One shot on target at home is a disgrace and I believe Puel's passive, cautious sideways approach - which is so easy to defend against and deadens the atmosphere - is responsible for this so he gets a 3 too.

Kasper 5 Very much at fault for the goal. Does he think he’s Ederson this season?

Simpson 6 Did fine

Morgan 5 Hesitant for the goal. Not helped by Kasper but if he just deals with that ball, Perez doesn’t score

Maguire 5 As above really. All three of them at fault and for three players who play together all the time, it’s not good enough

Chilwell 6 Thought he did fine

Albrighton 5 Not involved a lot

Iborra 5 Thought he was to blame for the first. Too casual in letting Shelvey run past him with ease

Silva 7 Very decent game, probably MOTM. Bit baffling that he hasn’t had more chances. I prefer him to Iborra

Mahrez 5 Unlucky for the pen but largely anonymous

Diabate 6 He has got some serious talent. Don’t think he’s a number ten though

Vardy 5 It’s amazing he keeps getting all of these goals because under Puel he’s largely anonymous in our play for large sections of the game

Choudhury looked really good when he came on. Lots of zip about him, confident on the ball, strong in the challenge. He’ll start at Burnley

We are terrible at home. Teams come and defend against us and we have no idea on how to break them down. Pretty dull stuff but still think Puel needs much longer in the job. Before he came we were not having anywhere near enough possession in games. Something needed to be done about it. Expect him to sign a few players better suited to his style of football this summer.

It was a mistake to let Ulloa and Slimani both go. We lack a physical presence up top often, especially when we need a plan B to get a goal.

Our defense has let in 45 goals this season.  We’ve drawn 7th worse in the premier.  I hope this tells the management that something needs to be done with our defense.  Time to drop some of our defenders.

I am concerned that the Manager doesn't know his best team, the best formation to suit the best team, the time to change things in matches when it's not working (and before we go behind), and how to solve a very poor series of home performances.

Passing the ball from side to side isn't troubling bottom half sides, and is neutralising Vardy to one or two shots per game. Thank goodness he is scoring from the small number of chances we are providing him with otherwise we would be right in the bottom six.

its clear that Simpsons overlapping runs are worthless, with no end product. Albrighton (like Valencia and Young at MU) is a much better option if that's what we want from a full back, someone with a wingers ability to deliver on overlaps.

Kaspar is going through a poor run, Wes is passed being the future now, and Diabate seemingly isn't ready to rumble in this league yet.

Hamza C played very well, and is worth a start next week. Are there any others that could step up from the U23s and take places in the 18 or the 11?

6 for Vardy (how he keeps scoring with these tactics is a credit to him) and Silva, Kasper and Morgan 4, everyone else a 5.

Very, very poor performance, how we are top half shows the lack of depth in the division.

Incredible and somewhat ridiculous to be able to to be 8th after 4 wins in 15. There’s the top 6 and then a polarised void followed by showers of shite beneath - and to think we are floating in limbo near the surface of that shite filled puddle is a dirty miracle.

Yep, summed up by the points total. We are actually closer in terms of that to West Brom in a distant 20th than we are to Spurs in 4th.

Kasper 5 many better goalies now

Simpson 5 painful watching him trying to play in new system

Morgan 4 poor positioning throughout slow to react

Maguire 4 worst yet should have seen rec

Chillwell 6

Iborra 5 poor by his standards

Silva 8 not perfect but mom by a mile

Diabetes 5 poor

Allbrighton 5 poor by his standards

Mahrez 6 as above

Vardy 7

Subs Shinji 5 has been poor for some time

Choudbury 8 very exciting please persist with him

Gray 7 wish he couldn't do a good 90 mins not just a cameo

Puel  5 someone needs to motivate this team. There have been far too many games like this

Pretty much as everyone else has said. Was really pleased for Silva - that good performance was much needed and hopefully he will be more relaxed in future games (got the impression he was almost trying too hard before).

Choudbury did well, especially under the circumstances. Whilst he sat deep he was always looking to move the ball forward.

Got so frustrated at Danny Simpson though - took forever when he got the ball meaning he was closed down and no opportunities to move forward. Mahrez looked frustrated with him too and seemed to disengage with the match as a result - number of times he was looking for a quick ball that never came. Finding a replacement is our absolute priority for the summer.

I didn't think Diabate was that terrible personally. I think again it comes down to quicker balls - he's clearly not scared to run at the opposition but the main challenge he had was that by the time the ball got to him they had regrouped. Falls down easily, but so does Mahrez.

Big worry for me is Marc Albrighton. You could always count on him to put in 110%, but he just seems a bit lost in matches at the moment and has done for a while. I do think his dip in form can account for a lot of our troubles of late and feel that we have relied on him over the last few seasons a lot more than people acknowledge.

Kasper 6 - he sometimes let's himself down with his sometimes poor distribution and lack of understanding with those in front of him.

Simpson 5 - Average, seems a weak spot of the team at times.

Morgaan 5 - Was too hesitant for their second goal; he should've ran for it and clear straightaway.

Shame that his energy and speed are going.

Maguire 5 - Was unlucky to not get sent off regarding the Gayle incident. Was a bit sloppy.

He has potential, but he's got areas to improve on which has impacted on the team recently.

Chilwell 6 - Was ok. Positional play can still be improved.

Albrighton 5 - Hardly featured.

Iborra 5 - Failed to keep up with his opponent at times.

Silva 6 - He's getting stronger with more experience he's getting in the league. He's starting to pay off now, and hope it continues.

Mahrez 5 - Was quite disappointed that he didn't want it more generally. His head may well be gone somewhat already with the summer transfer window not too far away.

Diabate 6 - He's got a bright future for sure. Got pace and some trickery. Not sure if he'll be a regular goalscorer, even at his peak. Can either see him behind the main two strikers or out wide.

Vardy 6 - Usual style-of-play, but appeared quite frustrated at times.

Choudhury 6 - He's got a good future on that showing. He's making some mistakes, but reads the game well and knows where to be and when. Think he'll be the team's mini-Fellaini if he add more physical strength and eager to get stuck in.

Gray 6 - kept the ball and made s couple of good crosses. Think he has been told to be less greedy in terms of shooting and only do it when he has a good opportunity to score.

Okazaki 6 - Got stuck in, but feel he's been quite off recently and perhaps is carrying an injury somewhere.

Agreed about Choubury but he was the worst marked in  the 3 papers I saw I must see a different game from  sports reporters

Maybe it's the fans rating him higher as he's young and the journos rating him on what we we saw?

If King had came on and done what Choudary did he'd probably be given a four or a five.

I think he did well for a kid coming on in a tough situation but I couldn't seriously give his actual performance a 7/10.

I think gorge Thomas would do good

How people give 7 and 8 is beyond me. We lost 2-0 at home against a beatable side ffs.

The only ones who tried, with little result, were Silva and Diabaté. The rest should never get anything above 5.
