Leicester to provide late competition in race to sign Miguel Almiron

It must be getting near to Christmas :P

 

Leicester City will reportedly provide late competition to Arsenal in the hunt to sign Miguel Almiron from Atlanta United.


Reports in Italy claim that the Foxes are interested in the player, despite previous reports suggesting that the player on his way to Arsenal in a £15 million deal.

The player was expected to join Arsenal in the January window after impressing the MLS but is now appears that Leicester are also in the running.

The Foxes themselves will be keen to strengthen to build on their start in the Premier League.

Almiron has impressed for Atlanta and has played a key role in their rise in the MLS.

The 24-year-old has scored 12 goals and registered an impressive 11 assists for Atlanta this season.

Capable of playing on the left or through the middle, Almiron has an eye for a pass and knows where the back of the net is too.

Mine had a load of adverts for baldness which is fair enough the cap fits so to speak but I've never searched for anything relating to that so I'm now wondering if my webcam is two way. :jawdrop:

Hmmm, I guess it's very specific to your searches, the adverts on mine are:

"The Unusual Link Between Coconut Oil and Altzheimer's" and "Take 1 cup of this Before Bed and Watch Your Belly" :mellow:

Well if you must know it was under a Dragons Den advert for two brothers that have  a cracking product they all want to invest in  ...   so there you are ...   I’m in the clear ! ...    :thumbup:    Mr Baldy and Mr Fatty ....

YES. Love this guy, one of the best in the MLS along with his team-mates Hugo Villalba, Josef Martinez and Ezequiel Barco.


Atlanta play like we did in the 15/16 season. Quick breaks and counter-attacking football using fast and skilful players.

Probably one of the best players and maybe THE best young player in the mls. I found the arsenal links strange and a little sad as I highly doubt he'd walk in to their first team. 

 

He'd be better off moving to a club like us that might actually play him. 

 

Probably both rumours are just his agent trying to get him to Europe mind. 

 

Josef Martinez has been doing all their scoring and breaking records but just like BWP before him, he didn't do much in Europe. Almiron is considered something else though, raved about as a genuine young prospect who'll be here in only a matter of time.

I wanted Alphonso Davies as well but Bayern snapped him up. He has unreal pace and an actual end product.

Be interesting to see what happens in both cases. 

 

I do struggle with the mls, every time I sit and watch a game, it really is actually pretty shit tbh.
