By himself against Silva and Marquinhos he's easy to mark against. They've got him covered aerially. He's not pacy and offers very little.

 

There'll come a time (maybe HT?) where Leipzig will at some point have to go for it and changing their shape to get more attackers in play, with Schick, will be the way to go.
