Is this maybe something to do with Maguire leaving? He used to transition the ball and bring it forward!

Crossed my mind .... I hope Brendan’s change in approach without HM doesn’t mirror Claudio’s ref the loss of NG .... that’s was ‘throwing out the baby with the bath water’

I totally agree with you pal and what I'm going to say next I hope gets me a permanent ban.

Only 3 fkn league games and one league cup game and this forum is saturated with this shite.

We're undefeated and 4th in league, which yes is crazy for 5 points but hardly poor, progressed in the cup so not lost any.

Rodgers is obviously still rotating personnel and tweaking formations yet a sample size of 3 league and 1 cup game is enough for some of you impatient and entitled morons to spout the crap you do.

3 fkn league games and after Saturday it's an expected to be difficult run where some of you FIFA educated w ankers will become intollerable, god help us and please fkn ban me please.

Before anyone says we have a right to our opinions and concerns blah blah blah, you're right ,this is mine about yours. Also I could just not read the forum and impose a self exile, however that would not be as satisfying as getting this off my chest, sadly this site is being ruined by negative, impatient and moronic fans who seem to get great pleasure from moaning about anything and everything and after so few games.

I will miss the measured and thoughtful posters and gems like @StriderHiryu but the rest of you can fvck right off.

It's just a discussion and a fairly reasonable one I thought.  We seem to lacking something or failing to gel in terms of attacking threat.  Doesn't matter how many games in we are, we could have this discussion after any game.  Really not worth a meltdown.

I get irritated by the opposite view.  People saying that we're not allowed to discuss Perez yet, it's too early, now we can't discuss the team performance yet.  Of course we can.

Interestingly it doesn't work the other way.  When Tielemans was rightly getting the plaudits in his early games no one said, 'hey you morons, give him time before you make your snap judgements'.  Same for Soyuncu.  It's not all negativity on this forum, Rodgers for instance is positively deified by many.

You could go off into exile if you want, (I suspect you won't), or you could get off your high horse and add something constructive.

I've thought about this and I think the lack of shots is being exaggerated. The statistic that can look great but not placed in the context of scenarios.

We could have ten shots on target and they all be poor shots or bad choices. Maybe we are trying to create the perfect chance too much. Therefore not shooting enough or may be we are being clever with the ball, not wasting it.

I can think of three instances this season where we've had chances but the shot hasn't ended up on goal - Vardy miscue at home to Wolves, Maddison blazing over at Chelsea and the Vardy/Perez break at Sheffield United. They are probably better chances than the shots on goal we've had.

We've had what's defined as 21 missed shots and 11 blocked shots.

No need for ANY negativity at this stage.

Ugh. This board would be dull AF if we ignored areas for improvement, even after wins. You can be incredibly excited for the win and our position in the table while still discussing, oh, IDK, Maddison's consistently poor finishing. Just how many of us are wired.

As a team yes we are, but there is still lots of room for improvement. I would still say that it's Leicester's biggest weakness. We have one player who is a truly top class goal scorer in Vardy, but we don't have enough of a supporting cast yet. Today both Maddison and Gray should have got on the scoresheet for example.

Definitely not unhappy, but put it this way if two players other than Vardy get 10 league goals this season, then we will finish 6th if not better. Many of our players can still develop of course, which is very exciting. Maddison for me has had an excellent start to the season and is getting into fantastic goal scoring positions. If he can learn to keep his composure, which we know he has, he will bag tons of goals.
