The bt shop has the best deals, generally, think it's cheapest for the disc console and some good bundles I got the disc console with God of war and a second pad for 538 a few months ago.

That's the base disc console for 470, and all the bundles they offer are further down the page. 

 

I think box.com are doing the console and the resi 4 remake for 500 as well if you'd prefer that game with a bundle.

Just gave Sackboy a go.  This has got a bit of Astro's about it and is quite addictive.  Those collectibles will take some doing.  The platinum is not an easy one either.

Yeh I picked up Sackboy too as it looks a great game for my eldest daughter. Also sneaked in the new BF game from last months games. Played 5 minutes of it before I declared it crap

Although it's a kid friendly game, some of the challenges certainly aren't when aiming for a gold.

 

Try the third knight trial and you'll see what I mean.  Took me countless tries to get gold but did it eventually with 0.2 seconds spare

PS Extra.  The gift that just keeps on giving.  I still haven't bought a single title since HFW last February 

 

Played through so many decent titles in that time for 75 quid.

 

Spoilt for choice once again.  Did The New Order a few months back and that was a great fps so now there's the prequel and sequel to do there.  Also Doom Eternal.  I heard Kena was decent also.  

 

Why release so many decent free games to coincide with the horizon dlc?

When you think of Cloud, Squall, Zidane, Titus, Vaan, Lightning and many other names to now see Clive is very random lol. That video looks incredible. The Eikon battles look brutal. I can see this FF game being brilliant

I should be giving it a go this afternoon, although might put it off until tomorrow after I have had a couple of hours getting back into Horizon haha

Not yet although it looks quality.  It's supposed to be quite a big map with around 12-15 hrs including the side content.  Also pushes the main story further so will have to get it soon.  

 

I've just finished Wolfenstein Old Blood and I'm about to start New Colossus.  OB is good but I preferred New Order.

Places like Metacritic need to make you link your account with your Playstation account or something to see if people leaving a review for a game have actually played it

 

I can guarantee that the majority of those review bombing it because of that part of the story haven’t even played it

I have purposely stayed away from the reviews and will get around to playing it at some point.  Dropping a heap of quality titles on PS Extra this month hasn't helped.

 

I had seen a few ??? over the story - people still found fault with FW on that front, which is odd, considering the story aspect up until the end of FW is superbly done.  

 

I cannot comment on the expansion but I am sure it will be decent.

Anyone picked up Jedi Survivor yet?

 

Looks as though it runs a little rough at the moment and needs a load of patches.  Although Fallen Order was decent, I ended up getting it a long time after launch and it ran ok although the animations weren't as smooth as they could have been.  That running animation on Cal was weird.  Its biggest problem for me was the hideous 3D map tool and getting around the levels.  I've read it's still the same with this game.  Shame

 

Will likely get it at some point as it is reviewing well.

Had it delivered today, installing it at the moment

 

Yeah I have seen about the running issues, so will give it a bit of a go but put it down if the first 30 minutes or so are rough for me

 

Got plenty of other stuff to play until a patch haha

The word "Anthem" springs to mind with these types of games.  Hope i'm wrong and it's good though
