I remember seeing him down David Lloyd’s, speaking to a PT/Tennis coach whilst munching a chocolate bar as the coach said “Your diet really is shit isn’t it”. So what do you expect?

He’s always in there with his mates. Plays tennis after training. Never seen him do anything dodgy in there but as above, I know people who know him quite well from there and they’ve said similar about his drinking.

He is yeah, seems more interested in his tennis than anything else to be honest, and the drinking of course. Who are we to judge, it’s a job after all, but it’s certainly a reason why we are where we are.

Luke Thomas is beyond shocking . You can see it now every team target that left hand side .

He can't tackle all he does is push people over.

But who else do we have because Kristensen is not much better , slower but has more height & is better on the ball.

Sorry but I have to disagree. Sakamoto gets constantly fouled every game yet he just looked at Thomas and you would have thought Thomas got shot.

Worst left back we’ve ever had? Never thought we’d see worse than Mcgiven

He's certainly up there isn't he?

On an unrelated note does anyone fancy a drink at the Royal Oak in Kirby or the Grosvenor in Syston?

Probably why he never kicked on, as much as we moan about footballers living in a bubble, I can't see it being particularly great for him football wise essentially living like a 'normal' lad in his twenties

Maybe his dog awful performances have some form of correlation to his decisions to go to the pub or gym with his mates, rather than putting hours in down the training ground or doing conditioning work?

But what does that say about the club as a whole if he is knowingly spending his time doing this but still being picked?

Any manager worth his salt would have him banished from the squad. The fact several managers have been and gone and he’s not, talks volumes about what is accepted at the club.

I know National League North clubs who wouldn’t put up with that.

I've heard bits and pieces..

He isn't the only one who does this.

Even Paul Merson recons that he is not and never will be left back and can't believe how he even gets in the team.

Where's he said this? Merson's actually quite canny on this kind of thing.

His confidence really is shot on top of any other questions regarding ability. Now we have Kristiansen and Aluko available the kindest thing would be to leave him out of the squad completely for a few weeks and see how he responds in training, fielding him hands the opposition a goal head start, much like the situation with Justin last season.

Who was it that went boozing in Birmingham after a defeat a couple of years ago? KDH, Maddison and Thomas? I remember it was in the news or on social media at the time.

There's zero standards at this football club, it's fairly obvious why we're in this mess.
